Had an initially positive experience with product and managing to cancel subscription - although you have to be quick!! HOWEVER, the last order I received a wholly defective product and they are not so keen to respond to this problem as they are in charging your credit card! Funny that - not. Received packets of sludge and unusable. This was not my initial experience and actually enjoyed the product. It's not a miracle but feels nice.

These masks are amazing! I never thought id see my jaw line or get definition for my cheeks again - now I do!!!

Used mask 4 times and noticed tightening of jaw and chin. Still early days. Delivery longer than expected hence 4 stars.

So far so good. I'm only on Day 4. I look forward to giving my review in the coming months. Very easy to use and only 10-15 minutes a day.

I haven’t actually used the product yet but I received it in record timing that in itself was great. I received everything I was supposed to!

J'avais un doute sur les bonnes appréciations des clientes et j'étais hésitante à cder mes masques. Comme j'ai bien fait de tester car ce masque est un bonheur de bien-être et d'une efficacité pour moi incroyable ! Ça ne fait pourtant que 2 semaines que je l'utilise.

To reiterate other reviews I canceled subscription and they sent me product after requesting cancelation. I've been back and forth regarding getting return address and instructions for a week and get same response of link with no response. Asked Sofia F. to just send information again with redundant questions. I'll be disputing credit card charges. I've tried to return the product but have been met with complete incompetence. Do not be scammed. Results are temporary. Just do facial yoga.

I like the ability to to pause my order, when necessary to keel my orders fresh .

I have tried to cancel my subscription and return orders that keep coming despite cancelling. This is ridiculous. Make sure you know what you’re getting into because cancelling doesn’t seem to work and you have to pay for returns!!!

Terrible , do not advise ordering from this company..i made a one off order and they continued to debit my card monthly for payments , i never requested this and they never read my emails about it. Cant even unsubscribe from them. Had to cancel my creditcard in the end, and now they are sending emails telling me my payment failed update details urgently..absolute nightmare..

Absolutely awful customer service. I’ve been requesting that they cancel my subscription for two weeks and have gotten the run around so now another shipment has been charged to my card. Do not recommend signing up for their product. It will be a subscription, which I did not realize, though I own that is my fault. However their complete lack of customer service in resolving my requested cancellation is unacceptable.

I liked the mask, but not sure if it's working after several weeks. Seems expensive for what it is. Was annoyed because delivery said two of two packages were delivered but I only got one - tried to resolve with customer service but they just said it was delivered.

I received the product quickly with updates every few days. The product works great and is easy to use!
