BEWARE!! They don’t communicate when you ask to cancel your subscription and continue to charge you! I have to cancel my credit card to stop the service!

It seems to be helping I think. Was hoping for faster results

This company is a scam! The product doesn't work. I used every day for 25 days and saw absolutely no results. I feel that I gave it a fair shot and it did nothing, no firming, no tightening. To make matters worse, I tried to contact the company and I received the same automated message every time, no contact or refund. I used PayPal when I ordered, so I asked them for help. I called the phone number provided by PayPal and left messages (the only option) and again, no response. They basically ghosted me. This company offers a "no risk" 30 day "no questions asked " policy. BS!!! I am still in a dispute with this company through PayPal. Save for money and your sanity!!!! Run don't walk away from this product!!!! Not worth it!!!

I like the chinology masks a lot and have been using them. I have seen minor difference but i haven't been consistent enough to say they fully work yet. I love the feel of them and they do lift your extra

I have sent MULTIPLE emails to CANCEL because I had only signed up for a one-time order and now I am being charged for orders which will ship every 4 weeks!
I do not want them!!
I get auto -responses from their email site!!!

J'ai déjà entendu parler des bienfaits du silicone médical mais ces masques Chinology me semblaient être une solution tellement facile que c'était presque trop beau pour y croire. Néanmoins, la promotion alléchante m'a motivée à les acheter pour essayer, mais sans trop d'attentes...
Et bien je suis complètement bluffée!!! J'ai commencé à voir une différence dès la première utilisation. Le bas de mon visage s'est raffermi et aminci au point que ma fille et ma meilleure amie m'ont demandé ce que j'avais fait. Je n'avais pas vraiment de gros double menton, mais avec l'âge (65 ans) les joues s'affaissent un peu, l'ovale du visage est moins tracé, cela donne un air triste alors que j'ai toujours été et suis toujours dynamique et positive! Mon amie va en commander pour elle et son mari. Et moi, cela m'enthousiasme à un tel point que je le mets tous les jours pendant 20 minutes (au lieu de 10 minutes par semaine). Certes, je devrai en recommander plus tôt que prévu, mais cela en vaut vraiment la peine et je ferai cette dépense sereinement. Aucune réaction allergique (pourtant j'ai une peau hyper sensible), aucun inconfort (je le mets pour regarder la TV le soir), le masque est très souple, s'adapte à tous les visages et n'a aucune odeur. Je crois bien que je vais être cliente à vie :)

I think these masks work, but shady ordering experience. I've used a few packages and do feel like my chin/upper neck are a bit less puffy or more defined. No real noticeable lifting that I can see yet.

But I was recently charged for a full order when I didn't subscribe and did not authorize a charge. That is unacceptable. And when I went to cancel the order, there was no chat, phone number or any other link to contact customer service. There is an email address for everything--this isn't 24/7 customer service as the site says. For what they are charging, I would at least expect a call center or chat bot.

Pour être honnête je n'aime pas trop témoigner mais avec ce masque il y'a de grand changement quand on l'utilise. J'ai commencé à l'uliser je n'étais pas trop sûr avant mais à présent comme j'ai vu de changement je le recommande vraiment. Il dimunie même le ride au niveau de la bouche. C'est ce que j'ai constaté de plus au delà du double menteau.

Utilisation facile et agréable. Résultats commencent à se voir petit à petir.

Speedy delivery and kept well informed throughout by email. Have used the mask 3 or 4 times and it does seem to be making a difference, feeling more firm and toned.

I ordered a mask - received it. They then proceeded to charge me another $98 for a subscription which I did not sign up for.
I have emailed them and they keep asking me about which charge and the order number. They do not cancel the order.
My next step is to go to my charge company.

Easy ordering and fast delivery. Honest advertising about results. It takes time. Be sure to take before and after pics!

Avoid getting scammed people, they auto-debit your account every month without subscription. Also the product is not effective.

This company is 100% a scam. The chin masks have zero compression and produce zero results, and the company is completely unresponsive for the 30 day money back guarantee. I tried all the contact avenues on their website, with several respectful followups, and not even 1 response. There is no 30 day money back guarantee, it is a scam. Don't waste your money unless you're okay with losing it

I was not sure about trying this but to my surprise I like the product & results’ 😁

The mask itself is helpful. However, the constant ads for buying more items is kind of annoying. Also, the instructions are different on the website from what the mask or booklet show. The first time receiving delivery of the the mask was slow but the second time was faster. Hopefully, the company keeps up with demand

I only used it once so far, but it was easy to use. My skin felt great afterwards, and I could see some difference even after one time use
