Bape does look good but the quality is seriously lacking
I’ve purchased a 2 hoodie, pair of shorts and a t shirt.
The first hoodie (LA stampd) was decent but after like 1 or 2 washes the black was pretty much grey and looked terrible in sunlight
The second hoodie was the green camo shark and I’m scared to wash it. Feels alright but gets baggy very quickly which is an indication of bad quality. They both got baggy very quickly actually. They also both pick up bits of cloth and makes the shark face look bad.
The shorts and t shirt? Man idk what to say. These are by far the worst of the Bape products I’ve tried. The shark faces just seem to melt. Today I got the shoe string of the shorts stuck to the eye somehow and when I pulled it off a bit of the eye came with it. The t shirt and shorts basically melted in the washer even on the lowest heat setting. The t shirt greyed out like the hoodie.
Seriously man, avoid Bape. It’s overpriced crap that tricks people into thinking it’s good quality because the hoodies have some weight to them. Bape feels good the first time you wear it but unless you’re planning to never wash it, it’s a one time wear.

They are not telling me I need to claim through the couriers and this could take up to 2 months! Beware of this company. I found an attempted charge from them for 305GBP on my travel debit card. Lucky it was a debit card and I had taken all my money out because someone had attempted to hack the card.

What a Mickey Mouse bunch their customer service in the UK is ! Returned a pair of shoes as I ordered the wrong size. They are refusing to accept the return as the box which arrived with the corners torn, was returned with the corners torn. Disgusted that a worldwide brand can treat their loyal customers who order many time through the year this way. If you ever receive an item from BAPE, check the packaging and let them know so you don't get this disgusting treatment

Buyers beware… ordered trainers for my daughter almost 4 weeks ago. Item never arrived and Bape refusing to provide a refund, saying I have to claim from their courier! Customer services couldn’t care less… avoid at all costs!

If I could give no stars I certainly would. I tried to purchase my son a ridiculously expensive hoody for Xmas and the website detailed a free mask. On checkout it was charging me for the mask. I emailed customer services who agreed to honour this. After sending several screenshots showing my basket with the free offer they never honoured this. Poor to say the least. Shame on you.
Most appalling customer service, do not trust
They told me my purchase would be shipped in 1-2 business days. No dispatch email so I emailed them. No reply. Then I messaged them. They eventually replied and said they would ship it that day. No dispatch email. Chased them twice afterwards. They eventually replied and said they can’t locate the item. So how about refunding me? I feel completely ripped off. Definitely not a reputable company and I will never purchase again. They owe me £100s and I will be pursuing a claim.

I’ll never buy anything else from them besides the pieces I already own. Never have I ever dealt with any company this greedy smh.

The rudest customer service I've ever received, including a shouting argument and threats were made by both staff. This all came from asking them about some of the products which they was absolutely lazy and disrespectful when responding to me.

Ordered the white shark apsta low top shoe directly from us bape. Received order and opened box to see red marks all over shoe, tried to contact through multiple emails and phone calls with no reply. Terrible customer service can not shop with them again and buy a $350 faulty item!

complete waste of money horrible staff
I am very disappointed. I went there for a christmas present for my boyfriend. After being rudely disregarded by the staff I finally got my hands on the shoes he had been asking me for for months. I do not shop there and wanted it to be a surprise. I asked for a 9 and they gave me a 9 and a half then didn’t check the box at checkout and the insoles were missing. I went back to say i got the wrong size after he tried them on and they were too big. they then informed me i could not return or exchange. No one informed me this at checkout??? there were not signs and i only knew after i looked at the receipt. This is complete deception and taking advantage of a customer. not only did they give me the wrong size but they didn’t even check to make sure all components of the shoe were there??? plus the woman at the counter had an attitude. I went back again to get the insoles and they refused to believe me until they checked footage of the camera. they then proceeded to give me used insoles from the display show and now only a week later he hasn’t even worn them as we are trying to sell them and the strap is already deteriorating. this is rediculous. getting 0 help in store and from customer support i have contacted multiple times. For 300 and the “reputable” brand id expect better treatment.
Broken bag, no response almost 6 months later
I bought something in late July, it arrived 2 weeks later without tracking ever provided. All items were there, but one (a bag), was broken at the zip, completely ripped and separated from the bag. It's impossible that the packer wouldn't have seen it.
Anyways, took 2 photos, sent an email. It's now December and they've never responded, which obviously means no refund, unusable bag!
Never again. Mine was sent from Hong Kong.
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. No real way to contact them at all. They will not contact you. Their line is never answered & mailbox is full. $200 & they have to file the claim since fedex doesnt respect the customers claim, the seller has to file it & i cannot contact no seller. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. THEY SUCK.
