everything is still functioning as it needed.
very good customer service
Also, their delivery service is phenomenal which they use Whiteglove which means no scratch and dent is allowed!

Amazing OSIM in Houston Galleria
I've tried OSIM massage Chair in Hongkong about 2 years ago. It's uLove and amazing Chair. I've never felt such comfortable. But, the customer service was so bad in Hongkong! They did not let me experience all the features even I asked. Fortunately, I heard about that OSIM got a shop in Houston Galleria. I went to this location and checked the uLove massage chair. I have to say, their service is totally different with that of hongkong. They explained every detail for me and asked my experience from time to time. I tried uLove2. It was so amaing and much more comforable than uLove which is previous model of chair. Finally, I'm writing this review on my uLove2 Brown.

Worse customer service
It’s was the worse investment or purchase that I did., bad quality chair giving annoying sound and extremely bad customer service shut the phone and insulting being unprofessional ( here in UK). Also I contact OSIM from Singapur they said email us we are going to investigated you case I did and I still waiting the answer after 1 month...

Defective product with poor after sale customer service
I got a ucozy neck massager last month. The on/off button wasn't working properly on my first usage. I had to push it very hard to turn it on and off. I didn't have time to go back to the store to exchange it within 7 days and they refused to get me a new one. I called customer service hotline and talked to store manager. Both refused to exchange for a new one and just sent the defective product back for repair. How could OSIM sell defective products at regular store at regular price? Poor after sale customer service. Very disappointed with OSIM as their product used to be good but no longer. Avoid buying anything from OSIM. I will NOT buy anything from them ever again.

Slightly over a year
Slightly over a year, the uphoster begins to wear off. Much more faster than our old message chair which costed 50% less. Very disappointing.

Change for BETTER/Maybe...WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCTS EVER
EDIT: After a period of time the $9,000+ massage chair was repaired and I am happy with the chair now. However, Not fully confident in the performance durability of this ULove Series Massage Chair, because it broke 2 times in 1 year. Hoping for longer lasting results this time.

I bought a uChill from Osim
I bought a uChill from Osim. In less than a year the wheels were broken. My IKEA chairs last much longer. For several hundred dollars, Osim sell me such poor quality chair. When I contact the support for spare parts of the wheel, they say model no longer supported. Why sell me then if they do not intend to support. No more osim chair for me.

THE WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED!!!!
I bought uLove massage chair in August 2018, within a month the remote control became wonky so the chair cannot function. Had to wait 3 weeks before Osim sent a technician and immediately proceeded to change the whole roller system which he claimed to be a new one although it didn’t came with any packaging. Few weeks later, there were problems with the rollers, couldn’t roll up or down smoothly. Had to call for technician to check the fault and all he did was to put some wax onto the roller belt claiming that it’s still new. A few weeks later the same problem occurred but had to wait for three weeks before Osim agreed to bring the chair back to their factory for a thorough check. I don’t know if I’m going to get a chair next Monday that works well and not break down again after a few weeks because OSIM’s after sales service is the worst I have encountered. I called their customer service hotline but will always be put on hold for more than 20 minutes until I give up. I sent them messages on WhatsApp but no response. I regret buying this uLove chair which is my 3rd Osim massage chair. Their service has gone to the dogs. I never had such problems before with the other two chairs. Please do not buy any Osim products if you want to have a stress free life.

Lotz of problem. NOT durable!!!
I bought uLove about a year ago. Within 1 year, 4 problems occured. On the 1st day, the machine totally died only after 5 mins into used. They replaced another unit... and the new replacement unit had 3 problems within warranty period. 2 roller replaced and 1 leather replaced. Before I purchased, the SO told me many times that uLove's leather is not like uInfinity's. It is much better and durable and it wont tear easily. Reality is... it did within a year. Although Osim replaced the seat promptly. Their product quality is questionable. If they only gives 1 year warranty for a $6k massage chair, it means they are very confident about the quality of their product.. why are there so many problems within 1st year? As a consumer, I feel that we are forced to buy the extended warranty of 2 years that costs $600. How can we have confidence that your product will not have problem after 1 year if it already had so many problems within 1 year warranty period?
Please think twice before purchase. Purchase at own risk!!!

If the star option can put no star , I prefer no star to describe it. I bought a u love chair within one year but service poor like hell. 3 months haven't fix it . Please don't buy it. Otherwise you will be regret forever.
Even they came to fix it but warranty didn't promise to extend .

Very bad products and after sale service
Purchased 2 air purifier about 2 years back. One of it uses for a week and another about one month. Both have technical issues and their exchanged the new units for me but unfortunately both have the same problem and got full refund for one of it. Another one having problems and their exchange for me 3 times. What the hell with the product quality. They promised to have this problem solved but till now haven't got any answer from them. This is how they takes care of their customer. What a shame with OSIM!!!!!! Keep promise but never do what they should be.......very very bad experience with OSIM.

Osim Thermometer after few years it…
Osim Thermometer after few years it stopped working so I brought it to one of their outlet in Clementi mall for repair. Yesterday a guy called to say it was too old as they no longer carry such item and to collect it back. Today another guy called to say I had to collect it at their HQ in Ubi or somewhere in the industrial location. What a disappointment of the brand value and its services. It is at least ethical to ask a customer to collect the item back where the item was drop off and not merely sent me to pick up at their HQ. Infact I was going to collect yesterday after the first guy called but I forgotten despite I was in the area which meant it would had been unfruitful and something in the communication was not correct as I doubt very much the item was swinging from one place to another so quickly and yet the second guy was adamant I collect at the HQ instead. Not to mention no alternative provided and yet suck big time!

I bought a OSIM UDiva chair in…Burnaby BC
I bought a OSIM UDiva chair in Burnaby Metrown and it was working well for about a year. 14 months into using it, the chain's leg and back rest would not extend or retract. Because it was a couple months past the warranty, OSIM agreed to fix it for free. That was Sept. 2017. Fast forward to April 2018 (8 months later) and the same problem occured. This time I'm charged $100. I was not thrilled that I'm paying for a recurring problem that is clearly a design flaw. We don't use our chair often, maybe 3 times a week at 15-20 min. After the first repair, we were told to not lean on the chair when it is extending or retracting. We have been super gentle with it and it didn't even last a year. The 2nd repair took 10 minutes and it was a bolt coming loose. Again I was told not to put pressure on the chair (which we haven't been). When asked if I could return the chair and upgrade cause we obviously have a lemon or a chair thst is badly designed, we were told that we could upgrade to the $6,000 model and get back $1,500 credit, essentially losing half of what I had paid. Too much money and can't afford it. The repair person looked at our chair and said it was in very good condition which confirms that we have not used the chair very often. I expect a lot more from a company that I paid $3,000 to. I've already told a co worker who was considering buying an OSIM chair to not buy it. She was very relieved that I told her about my problems as she has small living space and really liked my description of how the UDiva chair was very compact. I'm stuck with this lemon but will tell everyone I know not to buy OSIM products due to poor product quality and customer service.

Poor upholstery quality & Afersales service
The upholstery of my Osim uDivine started to wear off within less than a year of purchase. I called & emailed for reuphostery but no response was received till I complained to their outlet at Jurong Point where the sales rep put up my request for me & I finally got a response from service centre to replace my uphostery but I would hve to wait for at least 6 months.
Now, it's the 7th month now & no follow up or update of status despite my numerous email reminders.

dreadful after sales service - steer clear
Trying to get OSIM to respond to requests for spare parts or repairs is a joke. They just ignore you. When I finally got someone on the phone, the conversation started with him just saying 'out of stock' and he wanted the conversation to end at that. After leading him by the nose every step of the way arrangements were made for the part to be delivered within a few days. So from 'out of stock - goodbye' to problem solved - by ME not HIM!! All this company cares about is flogging expensive tat and then 'so long sucker!'. Don't waste your money. Unfortunately I have to call them again tomorrow to ask for another spare part...

Poor customer service
I bought ueco genius. And i wanted to buy spareparts. I sent inquiry in webshop singapore Osim on 29 March 2015. After one month, i didnt receive any call or feedback. Then i send inquiry to feed back team in website. They foward my email to their customer office. The executive customer service called me, but i didnt pick up as i am on meeting. I apologize thru email and send my list. No one then follow up. I call and call during my office hours and no one pick up. On 7 May 2015, i sent email again. Still no one follow up. I feel bad to Osim now. I just want to buy my sparepart.
Here is my list:
1. Steam Gun
2. Terry Cloth Cover
3. Cotton Cloth
4. Sponge Filter
5. HEPA filter
6. How much your fee for delivery?
I hope Osim Singapore can settle this quickly. It' s dragged too long. It's very bad for your reputation in service.
Problems with massage chair - very poor after sales support
This u-massage chair broke 4 times in the first year, always the same problem ie they never fixed it. It was in repair with them more then it was used at home. OSIM were not helpful even during this process. Finally another problem occured which could have easily been connected to the other ones but the company said it was 'now out of warranty' and would only repair with a charge...funny that. Would not do business with a company with such poor after sales service unless you buy in expecting no customer after sales help and a substandard product. Not worth the price or the hassle.
