Both lamps had bent bases. Tala responded quickly to acknowledge issue but crickets since.
*a few days after this review Tala reached out and processed the exchange quickly; am happy with the lamps.

This product is the best! The packaging was incredibly smart and reusable, and the light is so well made!
Such a warm light for LED, and it’s look
Modern and sleek. Holds a charge for ages and it’s so nice I might not use my overhead lights going forward.
In this day and age, when a product is made so well in every way, it’s like Christmas because it is so rare!

Really nice light bulbs
Really nice light bulbs. Nice people. Prompt service. Got my bulbs in a couple days. Can’t be five stars, however. After ordering seven bulbs, I discovered that I needed eight. I messaged the company to see if I could get another bulb added to my order. I never heard back. A couple days later, I ordered the eighth bulb and paid more than 50% of the cost of that bulb in shipping.

My bulb didn't fit, so I'm returning, but now having to essentially pay the price of the bulb for the return. Not loving that your company can't provide me with a return label. That's all.
