Site nul. J’ai payé alors que ne n’ai pas séjourné et leur site ne précisait pas ma réservation

J’ai réservé plusieurs mois à l’avance une chambre à l’hôtel Ibis de Marseille Marignane aéroport pour le 10 août 2024
J’ai voulu annuler en juin cette réservation que j’avais fait sur leur site. Je n’ai rien trouvé d’autre que celle de l’année d’avant. J’ai donc conclu que j’avais annulé et je n’ai pas séjourné en août dans leur hôtel et ils m’ont adressé leur facture que le 12 août 2024. J’ai donc payé à l’avance une prestation que je n’ai pas reçu. Heureusement il y a d’autres hôtels qui ont des sites et des politiques commerciales plus intelligentes qui incitent un client à revenir . membre Accor. J’ai remarqué qu’ils peuvent être plus cher sur leur site que via les sites spécialisés. By by Ibis .

Catastrophique

Arrivés en famille à l'hôtel Ibis budget de Sisteron ce samedi 3 août 2024, cet hôtel est tout simplement catastrophique et n'est surtout pas à recommander! Il est 19h10 personne à l'accueil, peu importe nous disons bonjour à l'automate, nous payons notre chambre 92 euros quand meme! Nous arrivons dans le couloir notre chambre est ouverte, heureusement rien de voler, on aurait pu nous le reprocher!!! La porte ne ferme pas à clé ,il n'y a pas de crochet de sécurité au rez-de-chaussée, et pour l'accès la nuit, nous sommes tout simplement dans un vrai moulin, on y entre et on y ressort comme on veut, pas de digicode enfin si mais HORS SERVICE!!! C'est tout simplement catastrophique, la chambre est sale, la salle de bain ressemble à une cabine en plastique des années 70, c'est tout simplement horrible à éviter absolument !!!!!

Il receptionist ci ha fatto pagare due volte la colazione, circa 53 euro in più. Quando siamo andati a dirglielo ci ha detto che c'è li avrebbe dati indietro il lunedì. Il lunedì un'altra persona ci ha detto di scrivere al manager, abbiamo mandato due mail, neanche una risposta. Correttezza zero

No ventilation at Ibis Hull

Stayed at Ibis Hull

My stay spoilt because no cool ventilation in room.

Fan unit would only pump out hot air even in the middle of July !

Had to have window open only the maximum 3 inches, 24 hours. Still could not sleep

Otherwise ok

Dreadful Service.

Booked to stay at Ibis Budget Luton Airport for 1 night. One week prior I looked on the website only to see the hotel was temporarily closed. I tried to call them without success. I then emailed the Head Office to cancel my booking but received no reply. I went on to book another hotel as we needed to secure one night before our flight. A few days later I was shocked to see Hotel Ibis had taken £90 out of my bank. When I rang to complain they said they had no record of me cancelling and indeed the Ibis Budget was shut but that my booking was now with the other Ibis Hotel. At no point was I told this. I sent them a copy of my cancellation email but they refused to refund me and were frankly quite abrupt. I had to open up a dispute with my bank which involved lots of forms to be completed and copies of my emails. Luckily my bank refunded me but I will never use an Ibis Hotel again.

Snydt så det basker

Min mand og jeg boede på IBIS Handewitt den 21-21 juni. Ved en fejl betalte vi 2 gange, og jeg har skrevet til IBIS, om at refundere det ene beløb på 706kr, men de gider ikke svare mig. Jeg tror, at vi kommer til at se langt efter de penge🤢🤢🤢
Vi plejer altid at bo der, når vi er i Flensborg, men jeg finder nok et nyt hotel, der er jo mange af dem.

Arbeitsmoral mal anders

Nach dem Einchecken am Nachmittag fragte ich eine Angestellte, wie es denn mit mit Restaurantleistungen aussähe:

"Wir haben hier an der Bar einige Kleinigkeiten zu Essen und Getränke, wie an der Wand beschrieben. Sie können die kaufen, aber nur in Ihrem Zimmer oder ausserhalb des Hotels konsumieren, nicht aber hier an den Tischen und Stühlen der Bar. Das sehen dann vorbeikommende Menschen die dann reinkommen und auch was wollen. Da aber unser System ausgefallen ist, dauert alles dreimal so lange und das machen wir nicht." Ich fragte nochmal und erhielt die gleiche Antwort. Da kämen halt Leute und die machen Arbeit. Wir könnten ja auch gut auf der Treppe vor dem Hotel (mit direktem Blick auf die menschenleere Bar) sitzen. Wir gingen.

Nachdem wir gegen 22:00 ins IBIS zurück kamen war Schichtwechsel. Nur noch eine statt zwei Angestellte. Eine, die liebte Ihre Arbeit. Gegen 23:00 waren über ein Dutzend Gäste an der Bar. Gut gelaunt, verpflegt und versorgt. Das System war immer noch nicht einsatzbereit aber die fleissige junge Dame schrieb einfach alles auf Zettel. Das wäre für mich die Mitarbeiterin des Monats.

Nie wieder IBIS. Und schon gar nicht Würzburg.

Not worth the money

Ibis hotel Istanbul was booked by my clinic for me small room bad a c WiFi hardly works opened window to so much traffic noise as it’s on a main road opposite sea you can cross the road to as traffic to busy nice sea view breakfast was strange cold meat salad pickles boiled eggs and scrambled eggs was what I choose smoked sausages where nice to but they seemed to rip the clinic off and me I got woken by a man at 12.30 am trying to get in my room with key card then he said reception u must pay room I shouted to him to feck of then she called from reception saying same thing I told them my clinic was paying so the clinic called them bang out of order waking a single women up at that time the staff where lovely but the hotel pool was not even opened till end of June it was at most a 1 star hotel not a 3 star I hardly slept a wink the 12 days I was there as it was just to hot in my room and then there was a lot of school kids who came there for an exam so breakfast was kaotic people coming to the buffet in all directions grabbing food it was hell don’t go there

Stayed at the IBIS Budget Leicester

Stayed at the IBIS Budget Leicester. Room was very clean and the showers excellent.They were having extensive reworking done to the floor level although that did not disturb us at all. No breakfast was available as that area waas being ripped out and rebuilt but tea and coffee were laid on. Staff very helpful.

Habitué des hôtels Ibis Déception

Habitué des hôtels Ibis, j'ai été très déçu par cet hôtel.
Accueil et personnel très agréable mais les chambres laissent fort à désirer pour un hôtel soit disant 3 étoiles: Très petite chambre avec peu de place pour déposer les bagages. Salle de bain de 3m² comprenant douche, lavabo et WC (dans la salle de bain et non séparés). Même pas la place pour poser une trousse de toilette.
Je déconseille fortement.

The Ibis hotel liverpool Albert docks,Well what can we say except how disappointing our stay was our room number 420 could not see out of our window due to the poor condensation between the window and our door pass key needed to be re- activated 3 times to get it to work had to wait before we could speak to some one did'nt look to helpful,the room itself once toilet was flushed had a problem stopping it bathroom door seen better days had trouble closing it no ventilation in the bathroom,well if there was it was not working the staff were certainly not on the ball,Now our Daughter and fiance's room number 422 asked for a double room not two single beds pushed together then there's the bathroom the door again poor fit hanging of the hinges repair guy turns up hits the door with a hammer a couple of times said he would be back and never did so they gave my Daughter another room with no view wont be goin here again ever.

Despite confirming we would be…

Despite confirming we would be allocated a ground floor room ( i have mobility issues) via e- mail. Upon our arrival at 1.40 from our flight we were given a room on the 7th floor !!!!. Room was the smallest we have ever been in , although this is a budget hotel there is not enough room to swing a cat around , The bed was butted up against the wall on one side , Total joke. AVOID AT ALL COST is my advice.

Genuinely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. AVOID!

Horrific service. I would never ever ever use the Swansea hotel again. I was placed there as part of housing (which I do contribute towards) but my room wasn’t cleaned for 2 weeks. No clean sheets, no rubbish removed, staff really couldn’t give a ****. Was told that as I was Housing I had no expectation of having my room cleaned, it was just a “courtesy”.

Hope they enjoyed having to clean up the large pile of rubbish I left them in the middle of room. If they weren’t going to clean it up then neither would I.

Don’t waste your money with this place

Worst hotel ever

Stayed at Shoreditch London. I do have to question some of these reviews. Quite simply one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Poor location, poor mattress (about 4” thick), bathroom was fully plastic and looks like it’s more suited to an aeroplane, room very hot and air con not working or turned off due to time of year. Then to breakfast, hot food was Luke warm at best and sparse. Never again.

First class prices budget class service! Where to begin? We stayed at the Ibis, Brisbane Airport, the staff are indifferent and not helpful, I asked if they did room service and was told they did so I ordered some drinks only to be told to “.. come down to reception and collect it ..”. Breakfast was included in the price but when I asked for a Latte I was told that was extra. When we checked in the receptionist said if we used anything from the mini bar we would be charged but the mini bar was empty (unlike the bin, which was full of rubbish when we arrived in the room). Plus the fact that there was only one side table by the bed.
