An honest review of a Terrible Service
This is my first—and hopefully my last—review of any company. I don’t usually share information online, but I feel obligated to warn others about our experience. The service is extremely disappointing.
From the start, we encountered a complete lack of respect and responsibility. Deadlines were ignored, communication was poor, and every time we called, we were met with an irreverent attitude.
The contract was signed and paid in full on July 8, 2025. The company had two weeks to return and verify measurements, but instead we waited over a month and had to make several phone calls before they finally came. After that, installation was supposed to be completed within two weeks. Another month passed with no updates—no calls, no messages, no explanation.
When we contacted them again, the same person who always answers the phone acted “surprised” that nothing had been done, promised to speak with the manager, and later gave us a new date. This cycle repeated multiple times: each time they claimed shock, each time they promised a new deadline, and each time they failed to deliver.
By November, after several missed dates, I requested a refund. Instead of honoring that, they gave us yet another promise: installation between November 21 and 23. Today is November 23, and once again, no one showed up.
This company has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. They repeatedly fail to meet their responsibilities and show clear disrespect toward customers. My recommendation: do not use their services unless you are prepared to go through the same frustrating experience we did.
