US immigration assistance are fraud, they took my $174 for not doing anything. They deceived me that they will expedient my appointment only to do nothing except sending back my filled DS-160 which I filled myself. These people are broad day fraud operating with the name that looks like US official website. Don’t give them your data or money.

Total scam. Luckily I figured out I was at the wrong site just before paying. But I’m mostly worried about my data. As a EU citizen I’ve tried multiple times to invoke my right to be forgotten. So far no response whatsoever. Please do not use this site!

IT’S A SCAM! Please don’t apply for any visa through it!

I made the mistake of not checking carefully before clicking "Apply Now." The website mimicked the DS-160 application form and turned out to be fraudulent. I paid the money and nothing happened.

It’s clearly a scam. Please be cautious and make sure you're applying through the official U.S. government website only.

I’m sharing this to raise awareness so others won’t fall for the same trap. Lesson learned always double-check the source before submitting sensitive information or payments.

Same happen to me. Scam, and took my 120 USD, and I never got any reply. Google must take action and remow the web page from Google search.

Absolutely horrible. Simple mistake may cost you a lot of money. Please be careful!

Purchased through this website thinking it was the correct one since it was promoted up the top of my google search and paid $181 AUD x2 this is disgusting and ridiculous… Now they have all card details and passport details

Hi so seems like Ive been scammed.
Contacted US Immigration Support for help to get a refund as I just needed a vistors visa, but they have no affiliation with this company. So next step is my bank. They took £145, however this was my error I really only needed to complete an ESTA Application.
Totally gutted.

I never thought id ever be victim to fraud..but here i am..i just hope they dont harm me with all the personal details they now have of me..as for the money i paid..i doubt ill ever see it again..

This is the first website i clicked on google to apply US visa l and took my $158. Took them 4 weeks and many emails just to get my confirmation page for US visa. I kept emailing them that i am in a rush to attend conference. Ended up i need to postpone my flight because of their inefficiency. I get my local travel agency and everything is done in 2-3 hours while it took them 4 weeks. Super disappointed. They are not professional at all.

Please stay away and use proper US visa website.

This came up number 1 in a google search and I stupidly clicked through and uploaded my passport. Payment would not go through thankfully but they have all of my details. NOT HAPPY

Feb 2025. They took £99 and I never heard back. I sent many messages but they did not respond. Now by internet provider has blocked their site saying 'it is potentially a fraud'.

SCAM. Do not fall for this! Spent $200 on a B2 visa support but they did nothing for us. Ana was the one who replied to my e-mails, but kept telling me to wait. Checked the site this morning, can't access.

Ended up applying the visa myself - went super smooth. I encourage everyone to access from the .gov site.

Site frauduleux qui facture une prestation 121 € au lieu de 21 €. Plus de nouvelles depuis mon achat et je n'ai pas obtenu le document attendu.

Took my 121 USD and the application number was invalid i only got to know 3 days later, blocked my car but i was 100% sure that i was on a .gov website.
