I booked transport for two cars to be picked up on 10/17/25 from GA to NV, since I had a flight the next day (10/18/25). I was told I'd get driver info the morning of pickup, but I had to call them myself -- only to find out they couldn't do the pickup that day and wanted to reschedule for Monday, 10/20/25.

After explaining that wouldn't work, they promised pickup on 10/19 (12-2 PM) and said it was guaranteed. No one ever followed up, and I had to keep calling. Later I learned the driver was still 700 miles away and even asked for more money than our contract. They then suggested I leave my keys in the cars for pickup after I was gone -- and when I refused, the rep hung up on me.

We ended up paying extra for hotels and flight changes, and they refused to refund my deposit. This company knew they couldn't meet their commitment and completely failed to communicate or take responsibility.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. I would never recommend them.

I had a really good experience working with Sam at US Royal Transport. He was professional, upfront about pricing, and made sure everything went smoothly. The driver showed up on time, and my vehicle arrived in perfect condition. It's hard to find a transport company that actually keeps their word, but Sam definitely did. I'd use them again without hesitation.

I would NOT sign a contract with this company. They quoted me $400 and the day the car was being picked up, the price went to $1200!!!!!!!!!! This was just a few hours before pick up!!!!! Since I put a deposit down and it was not going to be refunded, I had to pay their price. It does say it was an ESTIMATE in the contract, but an $800 dollar difference is not even close!!!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I am not a person who ever complains or writes reviews - I am pretty chill and easygoing. I can let a lot of things slide. But this company is horribly dishonest. I spoke with Sam Williams on Oct. 3, 2025 about securing transport for our Mazda Cx-3 from Washington to Texas. He quoted me $750. I asked multiple times over email (have the emails to prove it) to ensure that the price wouldn’t change after I signed a contract with them and paid the $200 deposit. I made sure to let him know I had been burned by “bait and switch” schemes before, and wanted to be clear that the bottom dollar would be the quoted amount with no hidden fees or changes to the amount. He assured me via email (in bold print) that the price would not change and it was “$750 - all in. No hidden charges. You’ll only pay the agreed amount - we do not change the price after confirming booking. You’re fully protected, and you know the exact bottom-line price upfront.” So I signed the contract and paid the $200 deposit. Today our car was supposed to ship (Oct 22, 2025) and I get an email from Sam telling me that there are 2 carrier options and it will cost me $1200 or $1300 depending on which carrier I choose (remember, I was guaranteed a bottom dollar all-in price of $750 - so this new price is almost double what I was told it would cost). I called and spoke with his supervisor (Myra Dawn) who apologized but said the carriers had raised prices. I am not upset about carriers raising prices - I understand that prices fluctuate. But what really bothers me is the dishonesty with ensuring me I wouldn’t pay more than $750 and then being told day of that it would now be almost double what I was quoted. This is an incredibly poor and dishonest way to run a company. I should have been told that it could fluctuate, and that I might have to pay more. I should have been given a realistic price range and then maybe they could guarantee they would try to find me the cheapest price. But to emphatically promise me multiple times that the price wouldn’t change and I would be paying $750, and then to raise the price day of shipping to $1200/$1300 is unacceptable. I will never use this company again. You cannot take their word for it. They are not an honest company. If you are looking to ship your car with this company and they quote you a certain price, just make sure that you are ok with paying almost double, because that could likely happen. Their employees should tell people that they will secure the lowest price, and give them a range of what they might have to pay. But promising one price and then doubling it, is not honest and an awful way to run a company. Everyone I spoke with on the phone had heavy accents, which is why I resorted to communicating via email - I needed to make sure I wasn’t missing something or misunderstanding. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company. Use them at your own risk.

Bad business. After many attempts to get our units picked up and delivered we finally had to get someone else , The person handling our transaction gave to many excuses. We were on a time crunch and got no one to answerer our request for information. I see from others this is a common practice. In case we do not get our refund I will be following up here so many others might keep from doing business with this company. After your review of more then 11 days . You still have not refunded me !I have gone through the process. NEVER contacted me!! I have several hundred cars that I buy Monthly Just needed help on these 2 then we would have done a lot of business but because of your bad business policy and lack of follow up I will never work with you. This company is a scam !!! DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!

if you want to work with them- ask up front if they're a broker and what the rates and comissions are for their services. maybe they will be able to connect you with what you're looking for.

i found the bait and switch quote frustrating and misleading. i'm glad i did not avail of their services

I recently had the most exceptional transportation experience with Aaron! Somehow, Aaron made a near impossible movement, possible. His communication exceeded my expectations, he was very transparent and provide what I considered to be fair pricing. From booking, to pick up, to deliver and drop-off, the process was very smooth as well as reliable. Aaron's knowledge and responsiveness provided me the peace and ease that I was seeking. Aaron made things very convenient and Hassle-Free. Without hesitation, I will utilize Aaron for my transportation needs and would highly recommend to my family, friends, and anyone requesting such assistance.

I think my experience was great due to expecting some issues. In calling them, the Internet offered websites return numbers that were disconnected. Then employee Sam Williams came to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The driver was good as well. He spent a good deal of time getting my non-running car loaded and then unloaded. All in all, it was a a very positive experience.

"Henry Morgan" quoted me $200 total cost to transport my vehicle from Las Vegas to Phoenix.
This seemed quite low, so I asked him how confident he was that it could be done at that price.
He said "$200...includes everything on our end there are no hidden broker fees, tax, or insurance charges added". When pressed again, "Henry" stated, "We have already shipped vehicles previously at this price, so you can be confident there won't be any surprise charges".

I'll be honest, I knew there was no way it could be done that cheaply, but "Henry" could get a driver within a day or two so I paid the $100 deposit.

When the contract carrier was assigned, the "everything" total price went to $350 (Surprise!), but this was more in line with what I expected.

It all worked out. The contracted driver company this broker hired was great. Their pickup and delivery communication was great. They aren't affiliated with this broker however.

TLDR: They'll quote low and up the price after the contract is signed. I was hesitant to pay anything upfront, but went ahead and paid the $100 knowing my bank has good protection against fraud.
In my case, the expected increase brought them in line with other quotes.
I wasn't angry about the increase because they could still make my short timeframe and it still was pretty much on par with other brokers.

The job was done expertly by the sub-contracted driver.
