Great service and fast delivery
Our car broke down around 500 miles from home. We reached out to Aaron Marshall with US Royal Transport and he was able to provide us with a quote that did not change at delivery. After signing the agreement, the vehicle was picked up and delivered within 24 hours! Would highly recommend.

My wife filled out a questionnaire online to find a Auto Transportation service for our upcoming move. Aaron from US Royal Transport LLC reached out. His quote came in half the price of every other call/text I was getting. So of course, I got in touch.
He was very polite, helpful, and responsive. However... when it came time to sign his "contract" to reserve brokerage services... he somehow miscalculated the milage and the number doubled. I would not have even responded to him had his quote came in at what it ended up coming in at once he "corrected" the milage.
Now don't get me wrong here.. it was not "high" but it was double his original amount. It was about what every other broker was telling me it would be.... ONCE he corrected it. Out of the other 9+ brokerages contacting me, he was the only one that messed up milage? seems intentional to bait and switch. immediately disregarded future correspondence with him.
Also, his Brokerage required a "deposit" from me... which would be non-refundable in the event that the final price it ended up being was unreasonable to me. I am now receiving help from a different outfit that does not require a deposit from me until I agree with the final price.
EDIT: After posting this review, I received 6 missed calls within a 5 hour window from him, 2 emails, and a text asking me to unpost this honest review.

Ah yes, the classic “blame the company for your own confusion” approach — we see it all the time. Your wife submitted a quote request with one set of locations (fewer miles), then you both changed the addresses, and somehow we’re at fault because the price changed accordingly? Shocking how mileage affects transport costs, right?
And let’s not forget — you didn’t pay us a single dollar, didn’t sign anything, and no deposit was charged. But still, you managed to accuse us of a “bait and switch.” Impressive imagination.
Also, when someone tries to respectfully follow up to clarify things after a false review, and your response is to ghost them and play victim — that speaks volumes.
We wish you and your new “no deposit” outfit the best of luck. Just make sure the quote you got wasn’t based on another set of incorrect addresses again — wouldn’t want another company trying to "scam" you with actual math.

I chose this company based on their rating but also on their quote. I did not do any research into the going rate. I relied strictly on the quote. When the bids started coming in at double the quote I was less than thrilled but I had not done any research and did not understand the process. Aaron assured me that he was working hard to get me a better price and he did! He even offered to use my deposit as part of the payment to keep the price down. I trust US Royal and would use them again.

Aaron worked relentlessly finding a driver to take my vehicle North. I was happy with the final cost and service provided by the driver/company he found, which was 1st class. Everythng went smoothly. I would use Aaron, US Royalty Transport again.
BTW - For those like me who are using a transport service for the first time, understand it's a brokerage; there is a bid board, and the prices can go up/dn, based upon seasons/driver availability. In my case it was to the last day.

Aaron was very chill
Aaron was very chill. He was able to tow my car from north Jersey to south Jersey in short notice. The price was affordable and he was willing to drop it off as soon as possible, despite informing him to take his time in bringing it to me. Good guy and good company!

Fraudulent Shipper. Intentionally submitted a low ball offer. Demanded double the price the day before my vehicle was to be picked up. Refused to refund my $200 until I submitted a fraud claim to my bank.
I dealt with Myra Jones. She is an absolute snake.

At US Royal Transport, we provide market-based estimates at the time of booking and always inform customers that rates may change depending on driver availability and route conditions. We never "demand" higher prices — we communicate realistic updates when the market shifts.
As for your refund, if a request was submitted per the terms of our signed agreement and no carrier was assigned, it would have been processed without issue. We do not withhold refunds without cause.
We take all accusations seriously and encourage customers to reach out directly so we can resolve concerns fairly and professionally. Personal attacks and false claims only create confusion.

Highly recommend people stay as far away from this company as possible. They will tell you one date and price, then switch the day before or even hours before and change the date and the price. Stay away from this company, I did not do my homework and paid the price. STEER CLEAR away from this company. Myra Jones told me nothing but lies.

As noted in our agreement and communication, all pickup and delivery times provided are estimated. Due to factors like weather, traffic, or mechanical delays—things outside of anyone’s control—drivers may experience schedule changes. That said, we always aim to keep our customers informed and make the process as smooth as possible.
