This company is a complete SCAM
This company is a complete SCAM. Avoid it all costs. They will give you a price to ship and you will sign a contract and pay your deposit, but then on the day of the service, they will tell you that they cannot do it at the price they quoted you and they will ask for more money. This is when they get extremely rude and unprofessional. When you refuse to play their scam game of bait and switch, they will take forever to give you a refund. I have been waiting for my refund and I keep getting excuse after excuse about when my refund might be issued. Sad. Thankfully I finally received my refund. This company should be shut down and put out of business. Complete SCAM!

Firstly, US Royal Transport LLC is not a scam — we are a licensed and bonded auto transport broker with a proven track record of delivering vehicles nationwide. If we truly intended to scam you, we would not have refunded your deposit, which we did exactly as promised within the stated 7 business days.
Secondly, the increase in the carrier's price was not due to any misleading practices from our side. As we explained during our communications, your vehicle listing was posted with multiple companies at the same time. This often creates confusion and drives the market rate higher, as carriers become hesitant or demand higher payment to take on the job.
Our goal is always to offer honest and transparent service. We regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we hope you now understand that the situation was driven by circumstances outside of our control.
Money fully refunded
I made a reservation for a tow from Las Vegas to South Carolina. Shortly after I paid my deposit plans changed due my aunt having cancer. I cancelled my reservation a week after I made it they they fully refunded my $200 deposit within 6 days. I was satisfied and if things changing the future I'll be back to do business again

I would use them again…
It was kind of hard to get a driver that was available for when we needed. The staff was very professional. The price of the tow did change a couple times. I’m still not sure where my $50 deposit went. I paid when I made the reservation. I also, wish that when a day and time was given. That the tow company hadn’t made excuses as to why they didn’t get the car. The reason I was given and the reason the dispatcher was given were different. Accountability is huge! I did like the communication from the tow company gave once they got things moving. I feel like the initial $50 payment should have been refunded. Since the quote was for a certain price, but it is what it is. The car is there and going to be repaired now. I’d say it was a mostly positive experience. I’d go through them again!

I’m a college student and was looking to ship my car from ohio to alabama. Sam williams gave me a quote for 275 i paid a 125 dollar deposit. First day he couldn’t find a driver for the price i let him know to up it to 300 , still no one . I tried to cancel and book with someone else , he called me the next day saying he found a driver but he wanted 600 but Sam talked him down to 550. After the booking was scheduled they picked up my car in a timely manner and dropped my car off the next day in the morning overall experience was great expect the high raise in price !
