Flight cancelation and refunds...
Due to war situation I had a few flight cancelation , with the whole family....as well with Uzbekistan air, while other company(Hainan) just canceled and in 3 days they took care refund, Uzbekistan after the cancelation , They sent me link , doesn't work , does not show full refund. I sent them email, I called them ...I would say as in marriage , also these companies you can see when there are problems how they deal with it.... I will not buy again Uzbekistan.

Volato 2gg fà da Delhi a Milano....aereo senza nessun schermo per intrattenimento,hostess svogliate e cibo pessimo...dopo aver mangiato,i vassoi vuoti,sono stati ritirati almeno un' ora dopo e la maggior parte dei viaggiatori lo hanno riportato alle hostess(sedute comodamente in coda all aereo)...pessima compagnia...MAI PIÙ
Their representative cursed at me and extorted money
Their representative in Dushanbe International Airport tried to extort more money from me than the service costed and wanted me to pay cash. After I refused he started threatening me and cursing. I reported it to the company and they basically did nothing. Just sent me some bs reply. They never follow-up with the investigation and stopped reply to email and online chats. I'll walk than use this airline again!

Rude
I was very unpleasantly surprised by the behavior of a flight attendant on my Uzbekistan Airways flight on May 27, London–Tashkent.
While most passengers were sleeping, I went to use the front lavatory, not realizing it was reserved for business class, as my seat was located nearby and the lavatory was empty. The flight attendant addressed me in a rude and aggressive tone, demanding to know what I was doing there and telling me to use the lavatory at the back of the plane.
When I explained that there was a queue, she replied dismissively that I should wait anyway and insisted that I leave immediately, almost pushing me out. Her manner was humiliating and completely unnecessary.
The flight attendant appeared to be of Russian background, approximately 45+ years old. Unfortunately, I did not note her name.
I believe politeness and tact are basic qualities for cabin crew, and this behavior was far from acceptable.
Very poor experience – Not recommended
I travelled with Uzbekistan Airways from Tashkent to London, and it was one of the worst flight experiences I’ve ever had.
The flight was scheduled for 1:45 PM, but until 1:30 PM there was no gate information and no staff available to assist. We eventually found the gate ourselves via Trip.com, only to reach it and find it closed. Passengers were told boarding would start shortly but were left standing for over 1 hour, with no seating, including families, children, and elderly passengers.
Once onboard, the food was terrible and there was only beef available—no chicken or alternative. When I explained I don’t eat beef, the cabin crew were rude and unhelpful.
During transit, there were multiple unnecessary boarding pass checks, long queues, and rude behaviour from ground staff, especially towards elderly passengers.
Overall, very poor organisation, unprofessional staff, and zero customer care. I would not recommend this airline and will not fly with them again.

No knowledge of what customer service is. Go for it if you like being treated like a sheep in livestock.

Das am frühen Morgen mit etlichen Kleinkindern und alten Leuten. Nirgends Personal, das zur Verfügung steht. Umgangston unfreundlich. Erhebliche Verspätung als Folge der Desorganisation. Dabei zeigen die Airlines aller Nachbarstaaten wie es geht. Leider ist Uzbekistan Airways die bei weitem schlechteste Fluglinie in Zentralasien
No volveré a volar con ellos.
He volado con esta compañía desde Taskent a Madrid, el vuelo bien, mucho calor en el vuelo, no te dan asientos junto con tu pareja, mientras que los asientos traseros del avión, reservados para que las azafatas durmieran ocupando cada una de ellos tres asientos, como si estuvieran en una cama, dando una imagen lamentable.
Useless website and terrible service.
Tried to book a ticket many times on the Uzbekistan Airways website but the payment never went through. I used 3 different browsers but it never worked. Finally, I booked the flight as a codeshare via Air Baltic. But now the Uzairways website does not allow me to select a seat or check in online. Their website sucks. And their service is from the last century. Awful experience- and I have not even boarded the plane yet.

Ho prenotato un volo a Marzo 25 per Agosto 25 , il 6 luglio ho ricevuto una mail dove mi dicevano che un volo era stato cancellato , non ho avuto alternative che chiedere il rimborso , quindi ho dovuto riacquistare altri due biglietti . Oggi il 06 di settembre non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso , sono in attesa di non so' che cosa . Il volo di ritorno su Milano un disastro,un bagno guasto , eravamo seduti vicino all'unico buono nel centro dell'aereo , gente con la dissenteria , propio un volo di c...a .
Volo confortevole
Volo confortevole con ciabatte, calzascarpe e mascherina. Cibo puntuale, bevande fornite ripetutamente. Cuscini, coperte, aereo pulito.
Intrattenimento a bordo pessimo ma per il resto un volo di gran lunga superiore alle aspettative.

Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, als Uzairways einen Direktflug von München angeboten hat. Als treuer Kunde hatte ich große Erwartungen.
Leider wurde ich schwer enttäuscht. Am Flughafen hatte ich ein Problem mit dem Zollamt. In dieser Situation hätte ich mir Hilfe oder eine Umbuchung von Uzairways gewünscht. Doch es gab keine Unterstützung. Mein Kundenkonto wurde sogar gesperrt, und das Buchungssystem funktionierte nicht richtig.
Uzairways übernahm keine Verantwortung, sondern gab mir die Schuld – obwohl das Problem vom Zoll ausging. Am Ende musste ich ein neues und teures Ticket kaufen.
Ich finde: So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.
Ich werde nicht mehr mit Uzairways fliegen und rate auch meinem Freundeskreis davon ab.
Wer Stress, zusätzliche Kosten und schlechte Kommunikation vermeiden will, sollte besser eine andere Fluggesellschaft wählen.
Ottimo servizio
Abbiamo viaggiato da Tashkent a Urgench, Il volo è stato puntuale e l'aereo era confortevole anche in classe economy. Il servizio clienti è molto efficiente. Si possono contattare dal loro sito e rispondono in tempo reale. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene.

schlecht organisiert
Wir sind mit "Turkish Airlines operated by Uzbekistan Airways" geflogen und zwar von Taschkent nach Hamburg via Istanbul. Der Flug von Taschkent nach Istanbul war von Uzbekistan airlines durchgeführt und sehr schlecht organisiert. Wir konnten nicht online einchecken weil die zwei Fluggesellschaften es nicht hinbekommen (haben extra bei Uzbekistan Airlines angerufen). Check-in also am Schalter am Flughafen. Mitarbeiterin sprach kein Englisch, nur russisch und meinte, wir müssten Sachen von dem einen in den anderen Koffer packen, weil der eine sonst zu schwer wäre (wir reisten zu zweit und waren zusammen deutlich unter der Höchstgrenze). Mussten also Sachen umpacken, was total albern war. Sitzplätze nebeneinander war auch nicht möglich, weil "das System die Plätze vorgibt". Ich denke, die Mitarbeiterin wusste nicht oder wollte die nicht anpassen. Bei der Sicherheitskontrolle wurde uns ein Schlüsselband abgenommen mit der Aussage, man könne damit jemanden erwürgen. Gürtel und Wasserflasche war aber kein Problem. Ewigkeiten an der Passkontrolle gewartet, die automatische hat nicht funktioniert.
Taschkent ist der schlimmste Flughafen und Uzbekistan Airlines definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

The staff of that airline humiliated my father and the pilot was very rude to him .
Although my father tried to show him cabinet decisions of Uzbekistan for expired passports in foreign countries
He denied that and said “ It's worth a dime to me”
Very dissatisfied, I would not recommend that anyone else

By far the worst airline!
By far the worst airline! I fly 6-7 times per year and have tried many, many airlines. This flight was a bit cheaper than the others so I wanted to try this, but this is by far the worst airline and I regret booking this flight. The first thing already started with the online check in not being available. I tried to check at what time I need to check in at the airport then. I searched and searched but couldn't find anything on it. On the day of the flight we went there an hour early. When I arrived they said the staff of Uzbekistan airways left a minute ago already. I tried to get ahold of someone who could help me, they called the staff and they just said they can't do anything about it anymore! There was still a lot of time left till the departure. I tried to call seat24 but they said I need to call the Uzbekistan airways directly. I called them for 45 minutes and no one even took the call. It said on the website that the support is available 24/7. I spend hundreds on this 45 minute phone call! The Communication and Support is absolutely non existent. I just had to go home and book another expensive flight a few days later. This mistake of booking with Uzbekistan airlines cost me almost 2000 euros. As a student this was so unnecessary. Please consider booking with a different airline. I am pretty sure with emirates for example something like this would have never happened or it would have been fixed in minutes.
Worst experience ever for a aircraft…
Worst experience ever for a aircraft company website. Our flight was rescheduled and it was impossible to have a reply from the help center. Also was impossible to do check in on line on their website. Now I do not know if I will be able to flight with them and if I will be left somewhere in the desert without a way to go back. Never had a worst on line experience
