I would like to recognize Vacation Ownership Consultants for a job 'well done'. I had three Time Shares which I enjoyed until age and physical limitations could not allow me to enjoy them any longer. I asked each time share to please release me from the yearly fees as the contracts were completely paid off. They refused. I contacted my attorney and he recommended I talk to Vacation Ownership Associates. They were successful in accomplishing the 'freedom' of my timeshares. I heartily recommend you call and check to see if they can help you. Their staff was always there to assist with questions etc. especially Michelle Baird. She was most helpful when I needed answers or simply talk to her as to what to expect next. I thank them all.

My husband and I had such a great experience with VOC. They are very well with communication and professional. It has been 8 years since we first reached out to VOC and I still to this day can email them about any questions I have with companies trying to call me for payment or sending threats about my timeshare, and VOC replies back right away always handeling the rights steps to take. Michele Baird is my contact person and has always been such a help. Its scary when so much phone calls, emails, mail comes in and gets me all stressed out, i just send it to Michele and she breaks it down and informs me exactly what each on means and not to deal with any of it, she will take care of it. VOC has been absolutely wonderful! When I first came to them, I was rather upset after being deceived by a timeshare company and talked into purchasing a timeshare. Michele Baird, the voice of the company, made the process very smooth and answered all of my questions everytime we spoke. She even scheduled time for me to talk to the attorney to answer questions. I am very happy with the customer service that I received, which is a very important aspect for me when working with a company. There was no push this button and that button; a brief hold or voice message if she was at lunch. The closure took a bit longer than I anticipated, however Michele explained the reason why. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the outcome.

If you want to get out of your timeshare, I highly recommend VOC. They explain the process very thoroughly and keep you updated through the whole process. Michele was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns. They helped me get out of 2 timeshares. The one I had the longest and really no complaints about but felt it was time to let it go, was settled within months. The 2nd one, the one I got scammed into by another company, took much longer than expected. But they kept me updated the whole time. It took about 5 years, and I'm sure it wasn't VOC's fault, but I'm finally rid of the 2nd timeshare. And even though I was informed it could affect my credit, my credit was not affected at all through the whole process. I highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in the same situation and want to get rid of your timeshare.

About every 90 days, the consultant handling our case would call or email with updates and suggestions as to what or what not to do on our end.

As most of you can relate, purchasing timeshare was one of the biggest mistake we've made. For years we've been paying for maintenance fees for something we don't have much use. I came across VOC and read great reviews from others in the same situation. I've been in contact with Michele Baird and Wendy Draskovic, they have both been very helpful all the way from the beginning till the end. It took 2 years but it has been worth the wait to see our timeshare has been officially taken off our hands! Thank you VOC!

Thousands of Americans are looking to get out of their "timeshare" contracts. Unfortunately, the process is difficult, costly and not guaranteed to succeed. Most people give up and accept their fate of paying and paying, year after year with no hope of exiting.
We were two of those people. Since 2009, we were - note, I say "were" - owners of the Marriott Land Trust (timeshare). We saw our annual "Maintenance Fees" go from $750 a year to OVER $8,000! Enough was enough. We started looking for a law firm or other experts who could advise us on ending the nightmare. We found three companies. We interviewed them indepth; checked their bona fides, references, process, timeline and cost. We finally decided on Vacation Ownership Consultants (VOC). We are out, done, free of the financial burden....all because of VOC.
In summary, they are totally professional, keep you informed every step in the process, delivered on their process as promised and played hardball with Marriott. The Principals you will work with answer their own phone calls. If you are in a similar situation, don't hesitate to contact VOC. VOC will work with you on related matters - no charge - like fixing temporary hits to your credit when you stop making payments. They will become your advocate, do all the work and get you out, free and clear.

They were very polite on the phone. They answered all our questions, and we called multiple times throughout our process every time they were efficient and kept us update on every little detail.

If you're looking to get out of your timeshare agreement, and looking for someone honest and trustworthy to do that job for you, then VOC is your group. Wyndham was less than honest with us as we went to upgrade our package. We signed the contract with all they had promised, but that was not what they delivered. All they wanted was the money! Well, still owing over 20k I sought the help of VOC and they lived up to their promise. We are free and clear of Wyndham!!! Hallelujah!! I am so grateful to know there is a company who truly cares about their customers. Thank you, VOC! You're the absolute best!!!

Vacation Ownership Consultants were awesome! They were precise and told me up front what to expect out of the process. They carried out everything they said they would do. I received responses to questions and concerns promptly. I didn’t have to worry about handling forms or paperwork, they did it all! They followed through and were able to cancel my timeshare.

We've tried to get this timeshare off our books ever since we purchased it. We talked to many companies to help us get out of ownership without any luck. When I stumbled on VOC at the Phoenix home show, I was hesitant, but after going home and talking it over with my husband, we decided to call VOC. The phone conversation was positive and although my husband balked at the price, we decided we couldn't do it on our own. In the end we knew we would be saving money. It took a long time to get this taken care of, and it didn't help that in the midst of all of this my husband passed away. However, VOC kept pursuing our case and we can finally say we no longer own our timeshare. Yeah!
