Replacement part for Dyson
It was surprisingly inexpensive compared to the original cost of the Dyson, it arrived very quickly, fitted perfectly and works perfectly!

Better than working with the manufacturer
I had ordered a part from Dyson based on what their website recommended. I waited three weeks for a part to arrive from New York (I live in Atlanta - I could have walked to New York in three weeks) and Dyson sent the wrong part. Calls to their customer service have gone unanswered. Vacuum Direct not only sent the correct part, they got it to me in less than a week. Funny how the actual manufacturer couldn't do that. Vacuum Direct has my business from now on.

Great parts and quick delivery
I was about to purchase a new Dyson to replace my 7 year old DC25 because the extendable hose had cracks in it. I had never even thought of purchasing a replacement part (duh!) until a friend mentioned it. I found the part on VacuumDirect.com for a reasonable price. I also purchased 2 new filters. The order shipped very quickly, which I was so pleased about. The parts are genuine and the install was a breeze. I would definitely order from here again.
