A huge thanks to Andrew - you’re a gem
A huge thank you to Andrew from the Product Support team for going above and beyond to help us find the exact replacement we needed!
We didn’t know the exact model, but Andrew took the time to identify it for us, provided the exact product code and even gave us the official stockists locations as well as alternative retailers that might be able to help.
Unfortunately, after going to a couple of the stockist, we still couldn’t find the exact replacement. Andrew was incredibly kind to offer us a gesture of goodwill, which me and my flatmate really appreciate.
Honestly, Andrew deserves a raise for this level of customer service! I haven’t come across many people who are this willing to go the extra mile and genuinely try to help : )
Also, a special thank you to Beth from Product Support, who helped us understand how to install the replacement and kindly sent over the installation manual to guide us through it!

I contacted customer support about a spare part, and Andrew responded quickly, giving me several supplier options to look into. After a further search yielded no results, Andrew was able to locate and send the part out to me. Excellent service, thank you!

Happy with VADO products for our first house
As a military family, we have always lived in houses with very old bathrooms. When we finally moved into our own home, we wanted good quality products. Our plumber suggested VADO because they are easy to install, which saved us money on labor costs, and their quality is backed by long guarantees.
Not being used to modern fixtures, I initially struggled with releasing the waste for cleaning. However, VADO’s customer service team was fantastic and walked me right through the process.
I loved the fact that their staff are based in the UK rather than outsourced. They were extremely competent, helpful and friendly!

After Sales Support excellence
I contacted After Sales Support and spoke to Ross.
He took time to understand the issue with my clic-clac waste and suggested a replacement part rather than the entire waste unit. This was supplied within 24 hours and has fitted perfectly,
