Brilliant service all round with particular mention for Ricky in Customer Support who was extremely polite and helpful, with the part I required being delivered within 24 hours of my call. Highly recommended.

After having a issue with my shower that was well past the warranty period I thought i would reach out to Vado to see if i can resolve the problem. We did manage to sort the problem which was fantastic.

The customer service was also outstanding and Shaun from product support is without a doubt an asset to the company it was a pleasure dealing with him.

By far this company has outstandingly provided after sales service and advice which have not experienced in 25 years in the building trade. Nothing is to difficult and they always deliver on a promise. My contact Andrew pulled out all the stops to solve difficult sourcing issues and did it with professionalism and panache. It’s not often you get after service like this. This is a company to trust if you need to get a job done. Impressive isn’t a strong enough word. Top marks!

Phoned regarding an issue with aerator on tap. A replacement and key to remove the old one was sent out to me within 48 hours. Great service

I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Andrew at Vado. From the outset, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely keen to help resolve my issue.

Andrew responded promptly, took the time to listen to my issue, and clearly explained the possible causes and next steps without making me feel rushed. His willingness to go the extra mile and provide practical advice gave me confidence that my issue would be resolved.

Having had a new house fitted with Vado fittings in 2013, limescale had made its presence felt . Apart from the detrimental effect in appearance and function . I recently highlighted the breakdown of the basin tap heads which were 13 years into their life . I raised the issue with Vado who stood by the 15 year warranty on the chrome finish . They Vado , ( Shaun that is , Customer Support ) said he would look into the matter . Within hours he confirmed 2 new tap heads had been ordered and I would have them in 2-3 days as a
“ Goodwill F.OC. gesture “. They turned up next day , They are now fitted with new cartridges and work well.
(A water softener has also recently been fitted to prevent this ever happening again )

Vado are an exceptional company totally customer focussed and unlike the vast majority of companies put customer service front and centre . The hold the mantra “Under promise and over deliver” and that is exactly what they do . In addition to putting the Customer First !

a five year old tap was running slow and the nozzle fitting was broken. Adam sent me a new nozzle and a tool to open the tap (free), and gave me detailed instructions how to remove the restrictor in the tap. It works. Customer support above the norm.

Excellent customer service. I had a slight leak from the shower / bath valve that was installed by the builders of our house 9 years ago. I had no warranty paperwork, but VADO accepted that it fell within their 15 year guarantee, so sent me a new cartridge straight away. They have a video on their website showing how to service the valve, which proved to be an easy task. Valve now working perfectly again. Many thanks to Adam and Lucy in Customer Service for their prompt assistance.

Had an issue with poor water flow on a basin tap. I spoke to Adam who advised me what to do, sent me some spare parts and a tool free of charge. After carrying out his recommendations the flow is great. Excellent service and customer care.

Lucy answered my call promptly and was helpful, friendly and efficient in dealing with my query. She got back to me promptly with the information I wanted about which spare parts to get and how to order them.

I needed replacement parts for my taps that were dripping and contacted VADO directly.
Beth, who works in the product support team was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and able to help me all within in a phone call and a few emails.
I now have replacement parts arriving all under warranty I might add.
