Excellent piece of luggage. Sorted security code/lock out easily. Looks a well made and practical option for longer trips - very big case, internal dimensions are very generous.

Product is fine - I ordered the sand colour first but it doesn’t go with my outer clothes so I ordered the black which is fine.

However, I have-still not received my refund for the sand one??

Both Samsonite upscape cases came well packaged and as ordered.
What I thought cwas a bit"stingy" was considering the cases were medium/premium cases only one "Free" Retreev luggage tag. But Hey Ho that's the way it goes, have to remember the next time.
