Ordered case and emailed it had been lost in transet and no more stock to resend . I do not think they had it in stock in the first place .

Dear Customer - All our stock levels are accurate. The case you ordered was the last one we had and isn't made anymore by Samsonite. Sadly it went missing on the way to you by the courier and we couldn't send you a replacement. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. A full refund was issued.

I am sorry to hear, the item was sent out after you placed the order. We have looked into this, as no one was home DPD then decided return the backpack back to us which we are yet to receive yet. We have sent out another one today.
Please check on your emails, DPD will text and email a one hour time slot tomorrow. If you are not at home you can re arrange it.

What a great company
What a great company, bought an expensive bag from them and when there was a delivery problem they went over and above. Would highly recommend and thank them and their staff for their brilliant customer service. Thank you and would not buy from anywhere else

Good to find delivery to the Channel…
Good to find delivery to the Channel Islands. Delivery was however VERY expensive give that Royal Mail will deliver at a fraction of that cost. Delivery was also delayed twice no explanation other than ‘unexpected delay’
