We’re glad to hear that our customer service was great. Regarding the delay, even though it was a key product, it still needed to be processed through one of our suppliers before it could be delivered to us. This time of the year is extremely busy for all distributors, which unfortunately can cause slight delays.

We apologise for the 3-day wait and are continuously working to speed up our processing times.

They promise quick delivery and mine…

They promise quick delivery and mine was after one staff member (I think Rikus?) not only took my call and gave me premium service. I trust you. Thank you. It's scary spending thousands online with a company you've never heard of. But they're the cheapest. And best in service.

We were looking to buy an inverter and we contacted Valotronics. I was assisted by a gentlemen by the name of Rikus. He was helpful and gave me all the information I required. Even after the purchase he called to find out if everything was okay and if we were happy. The customer service and after sales service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend using them. Their prices are amazing too.
