Avoid this company

Avoid this company. They send out faulty laptops. They also remove serial numbers before sending them out and don't send out the model they advertise.

Thanks for your review. We cant find any details of you on our system?? In order to help you if you have a fault with your laptop, give us a call on 01603 722768. You get a 14 day money back guarantee and a minimum 6 months warranty. Were very friendly and 29 years in the business of supplying refurbished computer equipment. If youve received a different model, the only reason for that would be weve sent an upgraded/newer version. As for removing the serial numbers, were not selling stolen Rolexs??? we have no reason to remove the serial number ??? Maybe try looking under the base panel or worst case serial numbers are always detailed in the bios registry. Look forward to hearing from you.

Purchased a monitor it was delivered on time all communications with value computer was brilliant. it was well packaged can't fault the service monitor works lovely

Bloody rubbish.....no help at…

Bloody rubbish.....no help at all....nothing works....wast of money...I am still waiting for my money back I send you back the lap top and you send thanks to me on the email you send me and told me my money is send right Away sill no money this is end of August 21.....I think I have been wating long enough....I have not received my money on a cheque like you promised me......

I'm sure the problem that you're having can be dealt with very swiftly. We are very customer service focused and usually have a repair/exchange turned around with 2-3 working days. Our other reviews speaks volumes for that.

The last order we have from you on record is from 21st January 2021, which wouldn't warrant a refund as it's outside the 14days money back guarantee.
Could you please reply through here or email us at sales@valucomputers.co.uk with your order details so we can ensure it was us you have been dealing with for this more recent order.

Perhaps the order was under a different name.

Our sincere apologies for any stress this has caused you by this delay, if there has been in fact some kind of miscommunication we hope to resolve it as soon as possible.

It's no excuse but we have been working tirelessly through out this whole pandemic to ensure each and every customer has a working computer to help them through the difficult times we have all endured.

Was disappointed that this laptop was not supplied with the Dell power supply, but apart from that, laptop has performed well.
