I was desperate, i locked myself out of my Iphone and it was very frustrating.
Following a telephone call answered in Norwich, the chap confirmed they could unlock the phone as long as i got to my local shop before they closed. My wife took the phone and inside 5 mins returned with a working phone and i was extremely pleased and well worth it. I would recommend this company.

Brilliant service all round. Booked a home repair for a battery change, had to change details a couple of times but nothing too much trouble for Julie. Always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Millie there when Julie not, also very helpful. Mark came to do the repair and was efficient and professional. Job done very quickly on, by then, two phones. Great to have full battery life again.

I will definitely return to Armafone for any future issues. Well worth the modest call out charge as I live some distance from their in-store centres, worth the time and hassle saving, never mind petrol!

The brilliant Milli at Longwater in Norwich unlocked my old iPhone quickly. Milli is friendly, efficient, helpful and a thoroughly nice person.

I have made several visits to the Colchester branch over the years both to buy phones and seek advice as I'm useless with technology. The most recent time was today.
I cannot fault the abundant help I've received on every occasion.

81 % on my battery. Rang Armafone. Made appointment (walk-in’s are available) via very helpful employee. Arrived and handed over my phone. No need to unlock it until work was completed so no security concerns. Picked it up 90 mins later, now 100% battery. Great value for money. Friendly engineers. I recommend Armafone. My husband is having his phone battery replaced next.

Outstanding work. I’d cracked the screen on my iPad Air got it fixed and then proceeded to drop it in the bath . I found Armafone IPSWICH. Sent my iPad to them . Great communication through the process . I will now always send my tech to to them . Great service from beginning to end . I have my iPad back and new proper screen fitted and no water damage now! I’m very very happy and highly recommend Armafone IPSWICH. Thank you guys!

They broke my phone whilst doing a screen repair. And have said I need to pay for the repair. And it's in their T&C's that if they break your phone then it's broke and that is it. Something that is not pointed out when asked to sign said T&C's.

Also the kid who repaired my phone was not qualified in my opinion, which is why it broke.

No offer to fix it, no insurance to cover the damage they caused. Just another bad company acting badly. I would avoid them as there are several other options. Certainly for the Chelmsford area.

Great service from the IPSWICH branch. Was booked in to have my camera lens replaced but Neil gave me the good news of it being the protector broken not actual lens. So instead of £59*vat it was a £10 fix for a replacement lens cover.

Fantastic service repaired my screen, as silly me left it on the roof on my car highly recommend to anyone who have a broken or cracked screen or need any other repair.

Neil was great even though he was the only one working! Under pressure with lots of customer Neil stayed professional throughout! I would recommend he has some help to make his day abit easier.

My Samsung A16 suddenly wouldn't download my contacts list to my cars any more. As I spend a lot of time on the road and rely heavily on voice activation, this was a significant safety issue. The fault moved with the 'phone from car to car, so I knew it was a 'phone fault. I carried out all the recommended procedures: delete the 'phone from the car, unpair the 'phone, re-connect, etc. I checked the 'permissions' settings in various locations on the device. All without success. Having originally purchased the 'phone from ArmaFone, I went to them for specialist help. (I have been a repeat customer of theirs for years because of their top notch customer service and specialist expertise). Initially they were unable to help, but referred me to their in-house Samsung expert, Mr. T. Well, let me tell you, he's more than a software expert, he's an absolute Guru. He persevered with what turned out to be a firmwear issue and eventually resolved it. Not only that, he explained what he was doing as he did it. (Of course, I pretended to understand it all....). Yet again ArmaFone saved the day in a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful fashion - all at a reasonable price. And yet again I can't speak highly enough of them.

Brad was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. A great member of the AmaFone team. I highly recommend Brad.
