Brilliant service, great communication. Do what they say on the tin. Despite initial issues with the courier, they worked hard to get me the goods asap. Couldn't recommend them enough

TheAberdeen tube we ordered has been lost and…
The tube we ordered has been lost and NOT delivered. The carrier used is USELESS, how do you lose 6 metre lengths of tube?
We will NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR TUBE ORDERS!!

Resposta da Besseges ValvesTubesFittings
Hi Chris,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear about your experience.
We completely understand your frustration. Having a delivery go missing, especially a 6m bundle of tubes, is both baffling and incredibly inconvenient. While the carrier’s error was outside of our direct control, we apologise for the disruption this has caused.
We’ve noted your comments and will be reviewing our shipping arrangements for tube orders to reduce, as much as possible, the chance of this happening again in future.
Kind Regards,
The ValvesTubesFittings Team

Efficient service but disappointing…
Efficient service but disappointing return experience as no labels provided for return and the reason given for the 30% return charge was to pay for the transport ; poor communication.

Hi Allison,
We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that you found our service efficient. We're sorry to learn that your return experience did not meet the same standard and apologise for any confusion.
Regarding the return process. Our restocking fee covers the time and administration associated with processing returned items. However, it doesn't sound like this was communicated very clearly to you so we’ll certainly take your comments on board to improve this going forward.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
Best regards,

Resposta da Besseges ValvesTubesFittings
Dear Gary,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a TrustPilot review. We’re pleased you found our website easy to use, but we’re sorry to learn that your delivery was delayed.
Your order was placed with standard delivery, which typically arrives within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, there was a delay in dispatching your order, and despite upgrading it to a pre-9:30 AM service, the courier was unable to meet this service.
We take full responsibility for these delays and acknowledge that they fall short of our usual standards. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. Our team has emailed you with further details and a credit covering the delivery charge plus an additional amount as a goodwill gesture.
We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right.
Best regards,
The Besseges ValvesTubesFittings Team

Competitive pricing, healthy stock levels & definitely no complaints on the customer service. Sales team know their stuff and always prioritise your enquiries, even if they are small value. We have been working with Besseges for many years and I must admit they have never let us down. Their driver is also a very nice man who has a good relationship with our warehouse team.

Order was really easy to do.
Unfortunately the item was out of stock and reordering would be too long. Ryan sorted out galvanised instead and they were delivered on the Monday. This worked out to be fine for our job.
Many thanks again
