This vape juice is great, no after taste. As an ex smoker I really like the B&L tobacco.

Great prices & range of products but very poor delivery service 3rd order I have placed now, order placed at 4:57pm on a Tuesday and 8:10pm Wednesday now and still not shipped yet. Not sticking to their shipping policy of next day delivery as products should of been delivered Thursday. Previous 2 orders took 4 working days from when order was placed even though order was placed before the 4pm cut off.

Update - after posting the above review I was contacted by the retailer and they explained the reason for the delay and assured me that the delivery will be there on Friday & also added an extra one of the items for the delay.
Delivery came on Friday as I was told, very happy with how they handled my issue and will keep using the retailer.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the start of my purchase right through till I receive my delivery I always knew I would have difficulty setting it up but I contacted them through their chat on their website and they were there for me from the start to the finish I am so happy with my product absolutely amazing brilliant customer service quick patient friendly if I could give more than five stars I would I purchased the Cali burn kit with Stardog

I ordered the Athena Vape & juice after my partner got one
The device itself is great - it draws well, the refillable pods are much better than disposable ones and the battery lasts all day (plus it charges super quick)

The product I received did end up being faulty (it happens) but Athena vape & juice sent out a new one as soon as I raised the issue - so top marks for customer service

Sorry to say my experience with the product has been negative and left me out of pocket. I ordered a new battery - very fast delivery - of two lower voltage batteries, neither of which worked. Should stress I am familiar with this kind of battery - neither showed a light at any time, press 5 times etc - nothing. Contacted V&J several times who told me to return - which I did, waited nearly two weeks for a response - not forthcoming - sent email and they sent me a new battery of the higher voltage and that is also duff - no charging light, no charged light. Assumption no doubt that I am to blame but have been using KiK batteries for years - always charge via laptop USB , press 5 times etc. Apparently the e-liquids are made in the UK, so can only assume that the batteries are imported from a foreign land and of inferior quality. Upshot being that having paid for a working battery, I still don't have one and have also paid for return of initial order. I won't be returning the latest battery - the only suitable place being the bin and put the £10 plus return postage loss down to experience
