Best place to order and nasty disposable

I got my Tugboat disposable gummy bear vape on August 21 and it do not work now as on August 23. I have approached the team to resolve this.

Update (August 28)

So I got my replacement issued by them and delivered to me today. This does not function at all. Feels like someone used it completely and sent me. No backlight, no flavour, no smoke. This is very inconvenient. It been half a month I am struggling to get what I paid for. I sent out another request to them and awaiting for a resolution. I will change my review once a correct functional product is sent to me.
Keep you posted on the progress.

Update (August 31)

I am given a replacement of the new product (I get) and this works fine. Thank you Team, great customer service and highly recommended)

"Absolutely amazing! From the customer service to the products! I had couple questions and the owner helped me in the best way possible! Always going to come back to this company!U won't be disappointed and the prices are so
cheap tooooo!!!!"

I bought one of these replacement pack for my Caliburn AK2 (pods are compatible with A2 model as well). The delivery was done through Blue Dart and the packaging was good with sufficient bubble wraps. The product itself was genuine, Overall I am satisfied with the whole experience.
