Great flavors, speedy delivery. A1

Placed order on the 28/12/25, received confirmation email for order, then nothing, phoned twice on 05/01/26, phone just goes to VM, sent email, no response back. First time ordering from this company, will be the last.

Excellent customer service and swift delivery. Highly recommended

Why have an item available to purchase on the website if you have not got stock 🤷‍♀️ 6 out of 8 colourways of one particular vape showing as in stock.

Received a message to say out of stock so asked for another colour to be told no stock, but 6 colourways still showing.

Poor experience wouldn't recommend.

Amazing prices, amazing choice and great customer service. Highly recommended

Ordered in October, received a text that colour is out of stock, replied to send any colour or refund, followed up with email weeks later to refund, still no reply to email or text. Beware

Excellent communications from seller and fast delivery. Will use again 👍

Good service and fast delivery

Ordered on Friday, £4.99 DPD delivery. On the tracking DPD are still awaiting parcel

Great service and communication , good quality and fast delivery

made a mistake but helped me out with my order and gave me great compensation for that mistake. they lost the vape i ordered but gave me a vape of my choosing without paying extra and also gave me two 100ml bottles of liquid and 3 vapes (not refills) . And they also gave me next day delivery. So they take full responsibility for there mistake. great company definitely order from again.

Good price and fast delivery

Purchased 5 refill pods from this company. Description states 5 pods per pack for Higo 5 in 1.
Only 2 items per pack. 10 in total
Can buy 3 full kits with 15 pods for same price
Emailed them following delivery and still awaiting response 3 days later.
They have since changed description on webpage but only on 1 section and not other 5 that still state 5 pods per pack.
Ripped off & raging

Did not receive my order which I paid £100 for, they have since voided it and sent automatic email saying it was refunded. Have received no refund
All contact numbers are not correct.
Numerous emails sent with no response

Received order today had to be amended due to stock issue but seller made good on order at own cost would recommend prices are lowest seen

I ordered five geekvape kits, I received 5 of the wrong model in the wrong colour. Emailed three times and no response called but number wouldn't connect, and on the one occasion I did get through the phone was put down. Avoid at all costs, I'm £121 out of pocket.
