I have never had a bad experience with this company! I truly love Vape Wild! They have outstanding flavors, and super fast shipping. I always get something extra in my bag, and I am never disappointed with what I receive in my order. They juices are delicious as soon as I get them, and they only get better as they steep. I almost never use any other vape juice sites. Can't beat the prices, and I cannot emphasize enough how much I love them. Thanks for being awesome Vape Wild! Vape on!

Love vape wild. Awesome price's and a good variety of E-liquid and hardware. The only "complaint" I have, if you can call it a complaint is their selection of pre-built coils. They only carry Kanthal/Ni80 mixed coils. It would be nice if they had just ni80 coils not mixed with Kanthal, but that's my personal opinion. Like I said other than that they're great.

First of all, I ordered a sample pack which was super affordable. It's a great way to try some new flavours. It shipped quickly and arrived in a few days, and they put in 3 EXTRA samples and a hand-written note! (One large sample and 2 small ones). They seem like a very good company and they care about their customers. They put in effort to make long-lasting clients! I would definitely order again from them!

Excellent company! First time buying from them. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted. But got it in 2-3 days. Plus free shipping and $12 off my order. Now that was because I was a first time buyer. But no one else does that! Cowboy cooler is it! If you like menthol. I got the sample 4 pack. Plus they sent me 2 more 10 ml bottles for free! Awesome! I'll be back for sure. Chat line was great. Don't shop anywhere else. I'm telling you. This is all you need!

1st buy was clean juice, and it was perfect, got here quick. 2nd buy was a sample pack of juice. Juice wasn't a good match for my setup, so they had me pick more flavs with more vg, and sent it out free. Can't go wrong there.

I love VapeWild! Their prices are great, their liquids are excellent and I've never had any issues with ordering or delivery. There is so much customer service it's unnerving. Wrecking ball is my all time favorite btw. Totally recommend this company!

Extremely fast shipping! Great prices. Do low price samples of their eliquid, plus send free samples of other eliquids for you to try. Can’t go wrong doing business with this company.

Order came way faster than I expected and came with a bunch of freebies (small bottles of vape juice) that were both unexpected and pretty tasty. Everything came in a nice big zipper bag with a hand written note on it. Good company. Will definitely order again.

The online staff were extremely helpful in answering my questions regarding flavor profiles, shipping, procedures, etc. I ordered alien coils and cotton bacon prime and was more than pleased with the arrival time (2 1/2 days), and was also given 2 free bottles of juice with my order. Reply to VapeWild’s response: I’ve been a customer for approximately two years with never a complaint or return request and was refused credit for a product that I returned. The item was in their possession after I returned it and they would not issue a credit. I warn any other customer, new or old, to be very careful when ordering products from vapewild. Although defective and returnable item are rare, hence the very limited need for me to do so, I cannot recommend a company that will not support their loyal customers. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I don’t believe vapewild understands the problem and why I returned the defective item. The set screw in a tank was too short. It extends beyond the tanks threads. Once it passes the threads the set screw cannot back out. Possibly vapewild was able to back the set screw out, maybe they have special or magnetic tools, but I don’t have special tools to remove the screw. When it occurs again, and it will happen again at sometime in the future, I will be unable to remove the screw. I assume that vapewild being able to remove the screw, however that was possible, is why they believe the product to be not defective. However, the simple fact that it could possibly happen again, makes the product defective. It would be rendered inoperable should it happen again when in my possession. AGAIN, THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

VapeWild’s inability to appreciate the issue and that their only solution was to force me to keep a product that was inoperable is why I gave my honest 1 star review. It would have been zero if it were possible.

For any customer that has had difficulty with inflexible and unfair vendors, you should understand my frustration. Probability is that most people will unlikely have to ever return a product. BUT IF YOU DO.... GOOD LUCK!!!

I've been dealing with this company for years. I've purchased mods, coils, monthly supply of juice. Customer service has always been great. They did discontinue my favorite flavor, but it's a business, I get it! Over all, never had a faster delivery, or customer appreciation extras from ANY company. Vape or not!

Vapewild is such an amazing company. #1 best prices. I have ordered from them for a few years, and it’s always been a great experience. #2 what really seals the deal for me being a lifetime customer is their customer service. I had a house fire and they treated me like family. Replaced my order and sent me some goodies. I’ll always be grateful to them. Thank you VapeWild!! You all are the greatest!!!!

Terrible customer service. Rude. I am so upset. Wasted $75 and then was blamed for breaking the product when it was a faulty product.

Vape Wild pricing, service, shipping, and customer service is the best of any company. I've received years of great service going above and beyond on each purchase. Truly top notch. It's rare that such a price performer can give luxury service as Vape Wild does. They have my respect and trust.

I did previously give vape wild a good review. But my oh my how things change. While every other vape juice company gives and accepts promo codes. They don't. They won't budge. I'm a loyal customer. You think they would give discounts to loyal customers. Nope they do not. They only give discounts to new customers. That's their pitch. We lure them in, once we got them. We give no discounts to our loyal customers. They kind of remind me of Verizon. Great prices to new customers, But once you are a customer. The prices jack up. There are so many other ejuice companies that will always offer a discount or promo code. Example Mt Baker vaper or direct caper. Vape wild uses 3rd party online searches that say you can use a promo code. But when you go to use it, it's not valid. Just a way for them to do cheap advertising. I know the game. They'll deny it, but it's the truth. Go ahead and do a search for a promo code for vape wild. I'll bet you a million bucks it doesn't work. Only first time buyers. What a joke! I even tried to call and do a chat to get a discount. They would not budge. So if you care about being treated right and getting discounts for being a loyal customer. Vape wild is not the company for you. It isn't for me!!
