Great company and custom support

Ordered from these guys 9 times now and never had any issues, except once which was partially my fault as well for being so specific (i needed a specific newer type of an item/version), but theyve been brilliant.

Super fast responses, clear, friendly and polite. Sorted my issue out straight away and all is well :)

Il continue using these guys for all my vape stuff (and my favorite riot cherry fizzle when its back in stock lol)

I'd also spent alot of time researching and i honestly couldnt find anywhere with better prices

Bought 2 intell i4 chargers and only one worked. Contacted them but they deduct 20% of price for throwing box out and only pay £3 towards returns .. postage would cost same as item. Very poor customer service and a brand new item straight out the box not working absolutely shocking. This was a Xmas present and the boxes got thrown out with all rubbish on a busy Xmas day. Heads up to anyone ordering from here! What was a bargain turned into a farce! Thanks for your help and understand vaping101 🙄

The only issue here is your self entitlement. We welcomed you to return the faulty product for a full refund. We are VERY clear on our website conditions for returns, we state CLEARLY to keep the box as it has the serial number on it. We have to send with box and all contents to our suppliers in order to get credit.

I ordered 2 x intelligence i4 and one isn't working . I've taken photos of the 2 of them and the lights don't come on the first one in picture as you can see. I've thrown box out as didn't expect this to happen in a brand new charger . How can this be rectified please .

V101 - Hi Shaun

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue. We can get this sorted no problem, however, we will have to deduct 20% from your refund for the missing box. We are required to return any faulty goods as they are received, box and contents included, the box contains the serial number suppliers use to verify authenticity etc.

But no issues getting this refunded if faulty, if you can please complete and include the below returns form with your return -

Shaun - I would rather a replacement as this was a Xmas present from my wife if possible . To send this back will cost me a fortune as jersey post rip folk off here . It's a lesson learnt I should've bought local. I've got one which wasn't broken but had for years and still working . 

v101 - Unfortunately these are sold out and none of the Distros have had stock on these for several months now. No problem processing a refund but we need to have the charger back as we are required to return ourselves.

Shaun - So who pays for postage then cos this will cost me to send back . I can keep receipt and send it to you 

v101 - We detail on the returns form, we refund £3 postage which is what you had originally paid on the order.

Shaun - So all of a sudden I’ve bought something that doesn’t work and it’s my fault . Forget it . Not good customer service at all .. I’m not paying for something to go back I’ve not used and isn’t working straight out the box and get deducted 20% off original price paid because I don’t have a box . Lesson learnt . 

v101 - Unfortunately faults do occur but we are more than happy to resolve any issues presented to us. We are very clear on our website when it comes to faults, returns and the requirement to keep the packaging. We are no different to John Lewis, Argos or any other massive high street brand.

Shaun - What was a good deal isn’t now so I regret purchasing and won’t again . Thanks for your help and understanding. I didn’t order this from John Lewis or Argos . I’ll take the hit on this but lesson learnt

Great service as always never an issue, after requesting for certain modifications with the order it was done in a fast manner without any issues, I highly recommend this company best prices on the market too on par with wholesale prices 👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional customer service

I ordered 2 Aspire M80 vapes, but one was faulty. Their customer service (I dealt with a friendly chap called Tom) was absolutely brilliant and sorted it all out so quickly and even went to the trouble of calling me to reassure me that they had sorted it and that they had sent a new one. This company stand out miles ahead of other Vape shops. You’re totally in safe hands with these guys

Arrogant support & unreasonable warranty barriers for international customers

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vaping 101. I purchased an OXVA XLIM Pro 3 (Order #570714) which developed a permanent hardware display defect (a static red square on the OLED screen) after only 10 days of normal use.

I have full video and photographic proof showing the device is in pristine, immaculate condition with no physical damage, no scratches, and no liquid leaking. Despite this clear evidence of a manufacturing defect, the customer support team has been dismissive and unprofessional.

They are hiding behind a "return for testing" policy that is a de facto rejection of warranty for international customers. They insist I ship a lithium-battery device from mainland China back to the UK, but they only offer to reimburse shipping costs up to £13.14. In reality, international shipping for such items is far more expensive and strictly regulated. This is an unreasonable barrier that violates the spirit of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires retailers to cover the costs of replacing faulty goods.

To make matters worse, the staff mocked my attempt to communicate professionally and seek assistance, stating "AI written threats will get you nowhere." This level of arrogance and lack of respect for customers is unacceptable.

I strongly advise all buyers, especially international ones, to stay away. They are happy to take your money but will abandon you the moment their product fails.

Our policy is very clear and is the same as any UK company. If there is a fault we are more than happy to refund or replace but it is absolutely essential to return the goods to us, this is all in accordance with UK Law. We pay for return shipping, the exact same costs you paid initially on your order.

You threatened us with Trustpilot reviews being negative. We "very generously" refunded you for the device in question without having to return.

You have since demanded "free shipping" on your next order which we kindly explained to you why we couldn't do.

We have never, and will never, bow down to threats from Customers.

Exceptional speedy customer service

I made an order but there was a mistake with what I received. After e-mailing V101 to tell them, literally 5 minutes later I had received an apology and the correct items were sent out and I was given a tracking number. V101 were exceptionally kind in rectifying the issue. I have used them countless times before and this was the first mistake. I am really impressed at how they handled my issue. Terrible customer service

Ordered a device for a Xmas present, they sent the wrong colour

No apology just told me to send it back

I wasn't happy to pay postage for there mistake
And it wouldn't be returned and re posted before Xmas due to time so now they just ignore me

Appalling customer service

Had used them for years will just go elsewhere from now on

Buyer beware customer service is terrible

Except what you say is simply not true, is it? We absolutely apologise for the error, this is the busiest time of year and it is unfortunate we sent the wrong black to you.

But we responded to your email in the same "minute we received".

We clearly stated we pay for the return shipping and all you had to do was send a picture of the return receipt and we would dispatch your correct device immediately. Why lie?

Still haven't got it

Still have not my item. Paid for next day delivery on Wednesday. Today is Saturday. The company customer service is arrogant and very rude.
Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely AMAZING company

I have been using disposable vapes for a while and decided the time was now to go onto a mod kit as the new laws meant you could no longer get the vape that I wanted
Tried this company as I went through google did my research and they offered the best price on the kit I eventually got
The price was amazing and was a little sceptical about it as sometimes these can be too good to be true but I was surprised the vape arrived sooner than expected and I absolutely love it
I have since been back to them to order other bits and on 1 order it gave my old address as the delivery address I contacted them through email as I was panicking it would be sent to the wrong address I had a confirmation email back within the hour saying they would update my details on my account for me and change the label and 2 days later my order arrived at my door
Amazing customer service very friendly
If you’re looking for quality vapes and juices they have an exceptional range of products at extremely competitive prices
I would go as far as saying they’re the G.O.A.T on the internet absolutely amazing I can not recommend them highly enough 🥰🥰🥰

gift bought broke within 30 days,no refund/replacement

my wife bought a vape mod and 6x batterys for my birthday from them, arrived fairly quickly, but within a month it stopped working. I paid £5 to return it but instead of replaciing or fixing it, was told vape liquid had somehow splashed inside a magnetically sealed battery compartment which they sent me pics of, and refused to replace or fix it-chances of me not noticing vape liquid spilled inside battery compartment when i removed the batterys to return it sounds VERY unlikely, and seems staged as excuse to negate replacing my less than 30 day old gift from them and reimbursing postage costs. For this reason i will ensure my wife never orders from them again for me, and i certainly will not order from them. (i have been vaping 5 yrs and have never had any of my mods get e liquid spilled onto the batteries, and mod i returned if anything had the best replacable battery sealed compartment of any of my mods! ) They even wanted to charge me to send the mod back broken or would dispose of free-thanks a bunch vape101....

Hi there, I don't think you understand. You allowed your tank to leak, liquid will always take the path of least resistance which is through your 510 (the part your tank screws onto) and directly into the internals of your device which caused the damage we clearly evidenced in the pictures.
We are not an insurance company, you are responsible for using your goods responsibly and sensibly. We state on our website to never allow a tank to leak. We deal with returns most days, it is standard practice for vaping companies. You seem to be suggesting we put eliquid in your device AND melted your terminals!!!!!! Anything but accepting responsibility for your own actions.

We will test the device to ensure it is faulty but please be aware that if no fault is found then the device will have to be returned to you and a payment of £3 will be charged in order to cover the return postage cost. If a fault is found, then we can replace or refund the device at your discretion.

I have received your mod today and upon examination I can see that some form of liquid, most likely e-liquid, has worked its way inside of the mod and onto the battery terminal on the lower left side. Resulting in the fault you described.

At this stage there is nothing further we can do as such damage inflicted by the end user would not be covered. With this in mind, I will have to return the product to you.

I understand this is not the most desirable outcome, my apologies. If you do not wish to have to pay to have to have it returned to you then we can dispose of the mod for you.

I can understand your frustration but no devices are water or liquid proof, it is absolutely essential to ensure your tank does not leak. We cover this in our terms and conditions (shown below). Simple and routine checking and maintenance would avoid such issues.

V101 - With the previous email in mind, I shall copy in three photographs showing the condition that the mod arrived in. As you can see there is clear signs of liquid in the interior of the device as well as the damaged terminals and the exterior of the device having melted.
