I ordered the sample pack and the next thing I know they’re taking money from my account. It must be in the smallest of small print because I never sign up without trying the product.

One order not even delivered when asked for subscription told them may as well cancel next order as 1st still hasn’t arrived so god bless them they cancelled the whole lot… looks like a shipping issue when it says quick delivery it means once the mushrooms grow could take a while!!! I have been enjoying this in an iced latte for quite some time now. However, I had to temperarily pause my subscription due to being on long term sick after an operation . Not realising it was only temperary until THEY decide and took money I couldn't afford to pay. Also took 2 weeks to arrive! Subscription is now cancelled. Very annoyed!
In response to this review I was offered a full refund or 2 months free supply. I opted for the refund which was very helpful. Thank you!

Variety Mode has been amazing from the very start. I’ve had ongoing issues with Royal Mail losing or failing to deliver parcels, but whenever there’s been a delay with my subscription, the Variety Mode customer service team has been incredibly quick to respond and genuinely reassuring. Their communication is miles ahead of other companies I’ve dealt with, and they always make sure everything is sorted.
I’ve been taking the Cocoa Gold Dust for over a year, and I recommend it to anyone who struggles with brain fog or low energy. I had to stop taking it once while participating in a scientific drug trial, and within a week I noticed a huge decline in my cognition. The haziness and brain fog were awful — and it really highlighted how much this product supports me day to day.
Great product, great service, and a company I trust completely.
