Item was not as pictured and was not the correct size to the measurements provided. Reached out to the company via their return policy email 5x's and have yet to receive a reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!. Very poor customer service and falsely advertised products. Images show a woven product when the actual product is 2D printed with flaws!!! Want my money back!!

Ordered a cardigan viking cloak for my husband on
1/7/2026 that was advertised as knitted and embroidered and when the item arrived it was cheaply 2D printed and not at all what was pictured. I have sent them over ten emails trying to return this item for false advertisement and they offered me discounts on another purchase of their falsely advertised items and then stated that if i do want a
refund that i would be responsible for all of the shipping fees back to CHINA!!! This company is taking advantage of consumers by advertising beautifully hand made knitted items. I want to receive an all fees paid return label with the full amount of my purchase refunded!!!

Fake Clothing, False advertising
Clothing advertised looks beautiful. But easy to see that Ai and photoshop is used. I saw the same items advertised on another website. Called diaknit. Same product images, descriptions and format of details. They both advertise as “knit sweater” but the prices are amazing if it’s truly knitted. Completely False advertising! They don’t sell knitted items!!! They send designs printed on sweatshirts!!! Sooo disappointing!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They advertise beautiful clothing and deliver poor quality garments that are nothing like what they advertise. Customer service gives you nothing but a run around, repeatedly stating they need approval from another department. Approval never comes. Please do not waste your money as I did.

Ordered two sweaters images show knitted items that look beautiful.The items that arrived are sweatshirt material printed with knit designs and are 2d not 3d. Very disappointed. Ordered a 5x and it fit like a large.

ordered to pull over hoodies . One advertised as embroidered it was not. It was printed on , which looked terrible. Looks nothing like what they show on the website. The other looked fitted and look like some sort of velveteen fabric it was not. Both were big baggy horrible looking garnets very cheap. Company is not cooperating with me trying to return them.

Update: since I received the cheap thin prints in October I have tirelessly emailed there support team for a refund and all I have received is the worse customer service iv ever experienced. I’ve been offered vouchers that I have declined. I was told it would cost me $70 to send items back that I was more than happy to pay just to get them out of my house but never received the return address from them. I was told I was emailing the wrong department, the computers are down, there manager is off work, they need more than one manager to agree to refund me. I even sent a picture of there response I received on Trustpilot asking me to get in touch so they can resolve this problem and that there so sorry for the inconvenience but still I was past from pillar to post with nothing resolved and still no refund. The replies are generic replies, they’re out to con and scam everyone and they are getting away with robbing £1000s per month from their victims. I’m gonna take this one on the chin and a lesson learned. It’s sad to see so many other people out there that have fell victim to their false advertising and AI clothing range.

All you get is cheap nock off off what was or still is a genuine company 🤔
I have tried to send my order back but they will not give me a return address. All I get is offers off discount off of my next order which of course will never happen!!!
They have now stopped replying to my emails 😡
After I left this first review as you can see below vchichs asked me to contact them so we could sort out my issue with them! As predicted After they told me that they would give me a refund I have heard nothing more from them! Yet again this is just another lie to make them look to you as if they have good intentions, what a joke they have no intention of helping anyone, they just want you to give up and go away!!!

Selbst meine 8 jährige Tochter meint das die gelieferten Produkte nicht einmal annähernd so aussehen wie die auf der Internetseite.
Alle nur bedruckt, keine gestrickten Muster und Formen und es riecht beim auspacken nach Chemie.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Fraudulent pics that are not what you get. And no customer service for returns, they string you along with ridiculous requests till you just give up. DONT do it. Rip. off.

GARBAGE!!! STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM! Ordered celtic knit sweater and received some sweatshirt like material (if it can be called that) that was dyed to look like knit. Chinese sizes so ordered a 4x and is still 4 sizes to small. Unbelievable... They are definitely false advertising
