There were so many things happening at the same time (like everyone else) in my life. Health challenges of parents, teenage children, my break from work, relationship challenges and to top it menopausal surprises was overwhelming. I am generally confident, started doubting myself, angry at myself and people around me.

Then god sent me Vee Maa, god knew I needed help from a kind, sensitive, sensible, sincere, smart mentor. My sessions with her healed me and brought out the best in me. She came like a gentle soothing breeze to ease my pain, powerful and strong to ascertain myself, rekindling my positive confident self and nudging me towards my true potential and goal. And the cherry on top is our beautiful non-judgmental community of outgoing women. Eternally grateful.

I attended Veena Ma'am's inner child healing and shadow workshop. Both the sessions were insightful with practical approach explanation. A very big plus point of attending any of her session is the meditation. I love it.

Today, I had my Shadow Work Session with Veena Mam. It was amazing and an eye opener for me . I was able to connect with my inner child and understood the pattern of my life. Lot of emotions came to the forefront and became aware of my fears and insecurities which was hidden deep inside me and was not acknowledging it.

Veena mam,she is blessing in my life,my mentor,most of the times I feel she knows what I want and I get my answers never am I left in dilemma, and her approach is very much practical and simple and clear,and the assurance of she is with you gives you the strength,my inner child healing ,shadow work shop are my AHA moments, to overcome the hidden and unacknowledged pain which I have been carrying,
And if these workshops wouldn't have happened I would have carried until when no idea,now it's taken care of,so I can go ahead and be more of myself...
