I am an old student of Veena BK. Part of her community for more than 1.5 years, but every time you go for 1-2-1 with her, you uncover a new layer of your own self, without even realizing it. Group sessions are powerful too when you get your non-judgmental friends to share your feelings with. This is huge for me at least, as you do not find people like these easily. Talking about today, I took my Intensive Shadow work session with her. Where in the flow, I discovered a deep fear of mine, which is so strong that it does want to unwrap itself. But today we have initiated the uncovering of it by identifying it and creating a new and a stronger opposite reality for it. Today I added one more bigger vision to my purpose of life. And last but not the least I helped myself by being vulnerable and open with her. She is someone where I feel comfortable and can peel my layers without shying away.

Hi mam, I am thankful to the universe for connecting me with you. The journey with you is very comfortable, life changing and enjoyable. I am transforming myself in all aspects of life. I can accept changes, I am able to deal with the uncertainty and the negativity around me.
Today's shadow work was really great. I was able to connect with my inner self, all my worries were unwanted, my life has turned out well. My fear of not trying things is holding me back from taking up my new path in my life. How to work on undesirable to desirable was very well taught in the session.
As you mentioned my shadow became my light and is showing me the path I will be moving ahead.

I’ve been associated with mam since may, and in diamond since september
I already see enormous difference in me as before and after version of myself like mindfulness as being reactive before, bigger goals vs short term goals previously, one step at a time, to reach the desired goal, strong motive, inner world creates outer world, I changed many things in me which wil automatically change my surroundings for me, able to unlock many things including opportunities and abundance.

My shadow work experience was my favourite where my present day problems and its root cause was discovered . Self awareness and healing conducted for those bringing huge changes in my personality. Thanks mam thanks universe for giving me mam as mentor❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰

Veena is the Healer and Life coach, she is mentoring me more than a year . Me and my cousin started attending her free session but I soon joined her paid community. Being in her community always makes me feel belonging and learning/ sharing from everyone is like we are in this big family holding each other in our difficult times . Veena is very loving , caring, resilient, dedicated, organized and over serve every one in need , she mentor every member in the community and others with her skills, experience and knowledge. Moms Morning Energiser, it is truly a thing was eagerly waiting for. It was so nice to do exercise, meditation, journaling. It is a place where I have got so many answers to my questions. I have mend myself, hv become calm. Loving my family more, managing time. Thank you Veena mam for such guidance, healing and support. My entire day will be enthusiastic only because of you. Hi I happen to come across veena mam from the parenting class , since then have been attending all the master classes , meditations by her. I love the variations in meditations she brings which is unique for veena mam. She brings in a sense of equality, confidence relaxation in women .. more of women centered wer each women supports another to make it a mandala and the energy is always high here .
