I started using Vegamour GRO+ shampoo and conditioner around 3 or so years ago, after a health issue was causing my hair to thin and fall out.

At first it seemed to be slowing down the hair loss so I was happy and decided to keep using it. Then, the smell and viscosity of the product changed and my hair started coming out in huge clumps whenever I would wash it. Because of this I dropped down to washing my hair one or two times a week trying to save the little bit of hair I had left. Around that same time I became sick again, and contributed it to the illness again. Fast forward 2 years, when I have still loyally purchased these products despite the ridiculous cost, and my health is finally stable again. I was wondering why my hair was still coming out so bad seeing as I was better.

So I decided to purchase some Infusium shampoo and conditioner and the Infusium leave in conditioner, favorites of mine for decades.

My first wash with the Infusium, no hair loss. And the thickness and body are coming back noticeably after a few weeks using my old tried and true faves.

Although the hair loss was starting when I began using Vegamour, I still had very thick, wavy hair that went mid way down my back. My hair ended up being extremely thin, short hair. I kept using this product thinking it was keeping me from going completely bald. Little did I know.

Last night I decided to experiment and washed my hair with the GRO+, and lo and behold I had handfuls of hair coming out.

In addition to this, I have also noticed the significant migraines I was getting during the duration of use have also dissolved, but last night after using it I had a massive headache within 20 minutes of washing and conditioning my hair.

Please don’t go through what I’ve gone through. I could kick myself for the thousand plus dollars I’ve spent over the last 3-4 years on this products. I can’t think I’m the only one that has experienced this and after not being able to leave a review on their website, I figured I better start sharing my experience somewhere, because I don’t want anyone going through this.

Please do not buy. They will keep taking money from your account with no option to cancel. I had to cancel my credit card in the end. You cant log on to the website to cancel . They keep taking money with out permission. I ended up cancelling my card

I don't have a problem with the product and it's performance but I purchased a three pack. The first two bottles were fine. The third bottle was empty and disintegrated upon opening. Vegamour will do nothing for me, sent me to Sephora where their rep talked me into buying it. Sephora is stating their return policy is 60 days so nothing they will do for me either. 60 days for a product that was meant to last 90 days and is a manufacturer defect? The price on this product is a little more than I would pay if I was only getting 2/3 of it.

Great product but can everybody please write them and tell to put out a 100ml bottle and just charge extra — 30ml bottles for a scalp treatment is a bit of a scam. If you actually want to use it on your entire scalp and daily, 30ml will do absolutely nothing. It really grinds my gears when company’s make the choice to provide as little of the product as possible for maximum profit. It puts me off big time and I’m not even fazed by the price. I would just really like to pay more for one decent, scalp appropriate sized bottle instead of needing 2x boxes of 6x bottles to get anything done. Minimal amount of product in an unnecessary amount of packing.

Scam!!!! Everyone please beware this company! Subscribed me without my permission I purchased a product from instagram and I didn’t subscribed because I just want to see if I’m not going to have any allergic reaction. The month later they’ve sending me another bottle of the hair serum $80 (was $52.06) without asking for the permission I was charged on my credit card without permission!!! And I’ve tried to contacting them Via phone and email no one get back to me I was charged on my credit card with no notification this is fraud and is so ridiculous to send me products I did not agree to buy! And I couldn’t find the account to unsubscribe it was so stressful . Finally I have to cancelled my credit card ☹️

This place is a scam I gave it some time to see my actual results and nothing appeared positive at all!! They didn’t even refund me any of my money they said sorry it didn’t work out but we can offer you 30% off your next purchase what a lie. Please be careful they are scammers!!

Subscribed me without my permission! I purchased a product from them previously and was notified that I was subscribed to their monthly subsciption where they will send me the Vegamour gro serum and shampoo and conditioner every month. I was charged on my credit card with no notification from the company that I had a subscription on my account. And even after I emailed customer support to stop the subscription, they DID NOT remove the subscription! As a result, I got charged AGAIN the next month and they sent me products that I did not even want. I had to go back and forth with their customer service over more than 5 emails to finally get myself removed from the subscription. This is fraud and is so ridiculous to send me products I did not agree to buy!!

Vegamour products are so well marketed that I stupidly got on the hook (did not check independent reviews) and spent around $300 for shampoo and serum to improve quality of my hair. After 3 weeks of using it my hair got worse. Every time I wash, it falls out more than ever before (scary), and there is no other reason for that to happen as I have not changed my diet or health status. The product is clearly neither compatible nor beneficial for me. Furthermore, while it stated that serum is water based, it leaves my fine hair sticky and flat. Returning product is a nightmare as they limit it to 30 days from purchase and it took 10 days from purchase when I got it. Then they deduct processing fee, postage fees so you are basically scammed. There are so many beautiful natural hair strengthening products based on castor oil and ayurvedic oils. Stay away from synthetics and companies making profit on you.

Very difficult to cancel. You cannot simply do it online and you must call customer service. Two hours after receiving the email that my next bottle would be shipped, I called to cancel. They said it was impossible, even though the confirmation email allows you to choose add-ons as well as the fact that my account information said that the order status was "unfilled". They did give me the option to return once I received the new shipment at a cost of $8. When I asked them to send me an email with proof of cancellation, they said their system was not set up for that. So we will see what happens next month.

The conditioner is the worst! you need to use half the product to feel the bare minimum effect.
Also very expensive whilst not worth a penny!
Haven’t tried any other product from this brand, but I surely won’t!

I have used Vegamour Gro + serum daily since July 2022. I feel that many people may not be giving the product consistent 3 month usage before making a decision on how well it works. My confidence has increased. I can get ready much faster. On day 3 of hair washing, I can either use a bit of dry shampoo or put a few curls framing my face to get another day out of my hair. People comment on the health of my hair. It is longer than it has been since my 30’s. My hairdresser bought it for her sister!

Great product! I love the serum, I have been using it for 2 months now and I already seen hair growing. Also it gives my hair a nice shine and volume! I will keep using it :)

J'ai passé une commande une fois et ai bien reçu mes produits. Jusque là, aucun souci.
3 mois plus tard, surprise, je reçois une notification de ma banque m'annonçant un prélèvement de 157€ pour Vegamour, sans avoir été informée par la marque. De plus, j'essaie de me connecter au site pour annuler mon soi-disant abonnement. Impossible de me connecter car je n'ai pas de compte à mon nom. Je me retrouve donc à payer un abonnement hors de prix (étant étudiante sans revenus, inutile de dire que cela me met dans une situation plus que critique puisque c'est mon budget repas d'un mois complet). En plus, je déménage et ne recevrais donc jamais les produits pour lesquels je ne souhaitais PAS un renouvellement de commande.

Vegamour is a great brand with top quality and premium products. I'm very satisfied with my experience with this company and will definitely be a returning customer in the future. I would highly recommend.

I love these products! Not only do they smell great and make my hair look and feel fuller to me, my stylist could tell I was using something new!

That works very well. I was loosing my hair I don’t know the reason of it, but I started using vegamour and my hair is great.

I would avoid number one subscribing for this product. I used the product for eight months. I did not see much of a drastic change in growth or density especially. I will also say my hair did not look or feel any different as they claim. To be honest there are other products out there and home remedies such as rosemary oil, Jamaican castor oil, and supplements you can take that would provide the same result or possibly better. For the cost of this product, I expected more, it is not worth it.
The other issue I found was the direct dealing with the company. It is not a user-friendly website. You are not able to make easy changes to your subscription and/or order. I had to deal with them for two refunds and it was a nightmare. I was unable to get anyone on the phone, receive a timely response call or via email. Ultimately, I was always told they were unable to do anything once it was processed. I was forced to have to go through returning the product. Which it consisted of me having to wait to receive the product in almost 2 weeks. Then I would have to go and ship the product back, wait until it was received, another two weeks. Then confirm it was receive to have to send back to the bank.
That could also take from three to 30 days for the bank to finally return the funds to your account.
I would recommend trying other products first and especially ones that have easy access to customer service. That they have an easy process when it comes to adjusting orders, cancellations, and refunds.

I haven't tried the product myself I bought it as a gift for a family member and signed up to the subscription to get another bottle as I wanted to try it at a later point but I just wanted to say that cancelling the subscription was absolutely fine - just a couple of emails and they cancelled it for me.

Beware and stay away from this company. They make you sign up for a subscription but claim you can cancel anytime. I canceled in writing to an email with them. They continued to charge 149.28 cents. When I emailed 1/3/24 to complain and reiterate to cancel my subscription again, they didnt. They did send an email asking me to stay. I never responded. They said I have to return the product to them and they will issue a refund once product is given backfor the 1/3/24 charge. Once product is given back their refund takes 10days. They then charged 307.08 a couple weeks later on 2/2/24for another charge despite 2 emails canceling. They now say I need to send product back and then have to wait 10days for my refund. Stay away. They are robbing people even with subscription cancelations in writing. They don't care they are stealing your money. They deserve NO STARS!!! I'm still on the phone with them now and after 47 mins I still have yet to speak to a supervisor. This company is a fraud. They have not cared nor have offered anything for my inconvenience other than sorry.
