Do not fall for their deceiving tactics!
I subscribed to lash and brow serums. They didn’t work, so I cancelled subscription through their customer service. Now I get a charge and when I contact them, they said that they just cancelled order and not subscription because I had to “reconfirm” that I was cancelling. I stayed my reason for cancelling (product doesn’t work) and they sent an email asking if I wanted to get a $10 discount for next shipment! Like why? So product will work if I get a discount. Long story short. They, again charged my cc and now after being with them on chat for hours, they want me to request a return, print label, take to USPS and wait until they ship product and I receive it, to get me a refund!!

I never like giving reviews esp if I don’t have anything good to say. I bought the serum last November as introduced to me by a colleague, thinking that it might work for me I purchased the 3 bottles which cost $137. Take note I didn’t sign up for any subscriptions.The serum didn’t work for me. I was losing more hair and wasn’t even half through the first bottle that I stopped using it. Then came Feb (after 3 mos) the time that I realized I was signed up when I saw a transaction in my bank account ( $137) I called the customer service, I was refunded and MADE it clear to cancel the subscription which I didn’t get. I mentioned why I stopped using and that I still have 2 unused bottles with me. Then came May, the same thing happened again, I was refunded the second time. I expected not that it won’t happen again, told them to remove my name in the marketing list coz I didn’t want to deal with this company anymore. Its August now, surprise, surprise there a charge from vegamour on my debit card. As I am writing this review ( August 30th) , they emailed me a return label so I can mail it back to them once I received the product, only then I can be refunded.It’s weird and suspicious coz I didn’t received a confirmation number of my so called “order” and no shipping confirmation either. The first and second time I was refunded right away. This time I have to wait as the item was already shipped last Aug 25th) without receiving a shipping confirmation letter thru email and another letter with the shipping tracking number. I am writing this to WARN you people not to make the same mistake. How do you describe a person/company who took your money without permission or ordering/buying their product?! I am so pissed , it’s stressing me out, the inconvenience they’re giving me is unforgivable. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Late entry: I can’t even verify my identity coz it’s asking for my ID/DL/passport??These are sensitive documents. There are identity thieves lurking everywhere.

I tried the product but didn’t like the greasy look/feel on my freshly washed hair. I tried to cancel my subscription and return the products but it’s impossible. I’ve contacted customer service twice but they follow up with an email but still refuse to cancel! I’m so frustrated. It says you can manage your subscription through your account portal but it only lets you view your subscription but it doesn’t give you the option of cancelling. I would not advise subscribing because of this.

Experience has been great. Hair is growing out in spots that I had lost hair.

I have used Vegamour products for several years and can tell you, they work.
I have thinning hair that at times becomes very thin and so nice to have a product that you can count on to help
I will continue to use the products !!!

I have super fine thin hair and I have had my thyroid out so growing hair has been impossible for me. I have bald spots on each side of my forehead. I’ve been using Vegamour for at least a year now and I can’t believe the difference the hair has grown in And my hair is so long and it’s getting thicker. Every time I go to hairdresser she’s like I can’t believe how nice your hair is love this product if you’re thinking about getting it do it but give it a chance it takes a few months but once it starts, you’ll notice it and you’ll love it .

I love this stuff. Honestly go through bottles, and bottles, of "high end" shampoos that leave my hair dry, fizzy, and honestly made my hair fall out. I decided after months of deliberation to try this out because my hair is so thin. WIthin the first wash i could feel the difference. When you use the system, your hair GROWS. just like at a gym, you can't expect to grow if you don't do everything it takes in order to grow. I HAVE SO MANY LITTLE BABY HAIRS!!! no, it is not breakage either! because my hair is thicker, it is fuller, it is longer, and it is beautiful for the first time since being pregnant.

Buyers please beware of this trader. Do not subscribe to their products as you will not be able to cancel your subscription easily. You are unable to do this online and must contact their customer service team for help as they dont permit cancellations. I am not sure this is legal in the UK. I have tried the GRO serum and followed instructions closely. Applied to the scalp, on wet hair, the GRO serum dries ‘hard’ onto the hair and you can loose hair or break it in an effort to brush out the residue afterwards.

Product does NOT work, and customer service is horrible. I was not notified of a pending shipment -- in a subscription program I did not approve -- and was unable to cancel even though I was told it would not ship for 7-10 days! I saw the charge, called immediately and was told I would need to wait until the product arrived, likely two weeks from that date, until I could return it & request a refund of my $100! Total scam and unsavory business practices. All for a product that does not work.

I tried Vegamour first and then another brand the second month. One marked difference was the added vitamins that iradicated my need for a multivitamin too. The taste is delicious and the varied pink colors are sweet. Very nice product.

The products I have used, work wonderfully!! The key is they work, and do make your hair healthier; therefore, my hair is growing - and is also healthy!

This is a 7-month overdue review of the Vegamour Gro hair serum only.
It did not work for me at all. It did nothing and I saw no changes, no results whatsoever. I am a healthy, 33-year-old woman and was using this is a proactive method to fight hair loss, as my mother has gone through it and genetically it’s happening to me too, slowly.
I used the Vegamour hair serum religiously for 6 months straight. I applied it Every. Single. Day. I never missed one day. I applied it as directed and also talked to customer service to ensure I was doing it correctly.
I didn’t see any new hair growth at all. No changes to hair texture, scalp health, volume, etc. either. Zero benefits.
It cost a fortune and was a complete waste of money.
I assume that most of the reviews on their website are filtered to only show the positive ones.
Save your money and use Rogaine instead. I have seen results after four months of being on it.

This company is a scam!! Don’t buy from them. They make it impossible to return products and withhold refunds. They auto ship products to you without fair warning. I’m still waiting for their mysterious “return portal malfunction” which has lasted days and days to resolve so I can ship back their BS product. Be warned!

Katie never responded to me at Vegamour. Terrible customer service. I've had late replies, and even robot replies but never had a company flat out refuse to respond.

Smells like Shampoos popular in the 70’s… ewwwww. Smells stale. This stuff lathers like no one’s business, not good by-the-way. I used only once because I knew this would be damaging over the long run.

A friend of mine told me to try using Vegamours Gro Serum for the sides of my hair were I have thin hair. she felt it might have been working for her but upon review it was actually making both our hair more Grey I never had grey in these areas now its all gray and no grown increase and just seriously frizzy hair so I tried the Subscription for the HYDRA8 shampoo and conditioner and hair mask although it does smell really nice (lots of complements) the product made my hair Worse I am now trying to recover the major Friz from both my friends and my hair!!! I had perfect curly locks too!!!! no more!!!! Should be called VEGA NO MORE! I have been trying to return all the products but they are charging me and not refunding me saying I can only get credit for a product I will never use and NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE!!!!

A Lawsuit waiting to happen for this company. You will lose your hair from using Vegamour! I lost my hair after not even one month of using this shampoo.

The company offered me 25% discount code to purchase more of their product. Really? Because I want to use your products to lose more of my hair?
Somebody please sue this company!

From my personal experience Vegamour really works. I too was skeptical at first so took pics of my hair before and after so I could definitely see the difference and there was a NOTICEABLE difference after 2 months. I’ve never had a problem with shipping and haven’t needed customer service. However keep in mind that this is a product that helps your hair grow and become healthier so chances are you will need to continue the product to get the best results. I intend on continuing use because it does work.

A must have! The best leave in conditioner I have ever tried! I have tried many leave in conditioners and none have come close to the leave in conditioner from Vegamour. The fragrance is amazing. This product leaves the hair feeling soft and nourished. It makes detangling hair a breeze. Vegamour gained a forever customer with me!
