Excellent Treatment
This has been an amazing positive experience from initial consultation through to treatment and final review. Everything was clearly explained and the results have exceeded all my expectations. I cannot thank Nigel, Cathy and Sue enough fot the care they have given me. My legs feel so much healthier and I can now wear shorts with confidence.

A welcoming visit!
I was made welcome from the moment I arrived and this continued through my consultation. The examination was done professionally and with tact. The result was explained clearly which gave me confidence to agree to a treatment plan. All staff conducted themselves professionally and with a very helpful manner.

I have visited the centre in Brighton three times now, once for an initial consultation then two treatments. Sue on reception was lovely, kind and welcoming, Kate the consultant took great care with a thorough explanation of the best treatment options available and was meticulously in her practice. Marle the nurse was kind and reassuring. Altogether a great experience

Everything was extremely well explained…
Everything was extremely well explained at all stages. From my initial consultation to my treatment options and follow up aftercare. Although it wasn't the cheapest procedure, I do feel it was worth the outlay and I am glad I decided to go ahead. It is now 4 months since my initial treatment and I am very pleased with the improvement in my veins and they are continuing to improve as time goes by.

Disappointing aftercare
I had a procedure in February. Staff were friendly and professional and I was told no further treatment would be needed. I then did not feel I was healing well and emailed to ask for advice. I was told to keep waiting. I emailed and called over the following weeks when there was still no improvement. I was asked to email in pictures which would be shown to the specialist and I would be contacted. I did send in images but was never contacted - I really had to push to get a follow up appointment.
I have had further treatment and will need more treatment. After 12 weeks my leg looks worse than it did before which is both disappointing and expensive. I would encourage anyone to be ready to advocate for themselves to get a follow up appointment if needed, budget to spend more than you think and make sure you do not throw away the stockings if you are told you won’t need another appointment as you will need to pay £60 for more!

Very disappointed!
I made an appointment 2 months prior. On the day of the appointment I went to the clinic ( it was a 1.5 hours drive)to find it closed and to be told that my appointment has been cancelled .. and that someone tried to contact me the day before to let me know. They didn’t leave a voicemail or any kind of message but on the other hand, I was sent reminders about my appointment via text and email.
Later on, I have sent an email to say how disappointed I was and that I have decided not to rebook my appointment and asked for a refund of my deposit, but I am still waiting for a reply and my refund of course.. good luck if you decide to trust them!

Unfortunately, these things can sometimes happen, and although we did try and reach you, we do recognise that we could have done more to avoid you making an unnecessary trip. We’re really very sorry and appreciate how frustrating this must have felt.
