I cannot fault my experience from start to finish. From the lady on reception to the consultant and assistant, everyone has been warm, friendly and understanding. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service
Unfortunately, I arrived late to my appointment due to being lost. The staff were very helpful and understanding.
The consultant was very thorough and explained each step clearly.
The other practitioner was extremely helpful and empathetic.
I would recommend the Veincentre.

I've had a few procedures done here with Mr McCarthy and I cannot recommend him and his team enough - the service is outstanding! I had a situation where I was feeling quite unwell during the ablation - I started to feel faint and was on the verge of passing out and Mr McCarthy and the lovely nurse (I am sorry this is really bad but I can't remember your name!) remained calm and reassuring, they quickly provided me with oxygen and closely monitored my pulse and thanks to their swift actions and genuine care, I recovered quickly. I had a few other procedures done here since and will remain a returning customer for years to come! Do not hesitate to book your appointment - you will be in safe hands!

They were very welcoming right from the start lovely receptionist think she was a nurse as well …..Nurse in with the Doctor was friendly….helpful …knew her job inside out ….Doctor was excellent made me feel at ease explained every detail very informative …could not have been better …

This was my third procedure at Exeter Vein Centre. The team are professional and friendly and the treatments I've had with Mr McCarthy have far exceeded my expectations. He's achieved such great results on my 'complicated' legs. If you're thinking of getting your legs sorted out - don't hesitate!
