I honestly can’t thank David wells my consultant and sue enough for the marvellous work they have done with my leg veins . From the moment I walked through the door, the receptionist and everyone I met were so friendly,kind and welcoming, and they immediately put me at ease.
The results have been amazing, and I feel so much more confident in myself. It’s made such a difference,not only to the appearance of my legs but also to how I feel I’m truly grateful for all the care, kindness and professionalism I received thoughtout.

I recently underwent varicose vein treatment with consultant vascular surgeon Mr Ahmed El-Basty at the Vein centre 46 The Avenue Southampton. I am extremely pleased with the care I received. From the initial consultation through to the procedure and follow-up appointments. Everything was explained clearly and professionally by Mr Ahmed El-Basty. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I have noticed a significant improvement in both the appearance oh my legs and my comfort. I would highly recommend The vein centre at 46 The Avenue Southampton.

I went to the knutsford centre for my treatment, I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but as soon as I walked in I felt so at ease because Melissa and Jo were fantastic at explaining everything. Dr Mark Regi made me feel so relaxed whilst doing the treatment.
Even though my procedure was only a few months ago I am absolutely 100% happy with the results so far , it does take a good few months to heal . Thank you to all the team I'm so glad I chose the vein centre.

Dr Neelan was great. Staff was always polite and professional. I misread the guidance before the follow up treatment and Veincentre management was kind enough to re schedule a 3rd appointment and provide the treatment . Overall very pleased with the result of my treatment . Recommended .

I had vein treatment on NHS 8 years ago and the experience with Vein Centre was like night and day. Had an initial consultation and scan with Helen Burndred. Scan results, treatment aims, plan and pricing structure were clearly explained before I booked an appointment to suit me with minimal wait time. I had EVLA which gave only a couple of seconds of mild discomfort during the procedure and follow-up foam sclerotherapy. Walked out after both appointments without pain and had positive visible results when the compression stocking came off after 10 days. The whole team at Chester were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The clinic was easy to find with available parking. Very pleased with the results so far.

Treatment still ongoing as I write this experience report so far everything is perfect.

I paid for a consultation then £3,600 for my recommended treatment. While the heavy feeling in my legs has gone I still have a lot of spider veins. I had gone for my spider veins in the first place. I have been left with a bruise that I have now had for 18 months and more spider veins than ever. I wrote an email to them and they said I could go back for more treatment at a cost. I would have hoped that my issue could have been rectified for £3,600. I have given three stars because of the friendly staff and because my heavy legs have improved but I won’t be returning

I received top quality care from my first consultation with Mr Lake to my final follow up treatment. The practice is clean and all of the staff are professional and friendly.

The Consultant and Nurse were professional, caring, communicative and really helped me to feel relaxed. Everything was explained thoroughly, giving me time to ask questions. I would not hesitate to return for future treatments if needed.

I came today 15th sept. for my final treatment ,i really cannot praise this clinic enough.Ireally should have had my vein treatment a few years ago ,but what made me realise haveing achy legs and also throbbing is not something i should put up with.Amazingly all gone, thankyou to Dr.Mark Regi ,Mike and Sally at the Lincoln clinic

Great Treatment, But Warning: The "Included Top-Ups" are a Pricing TrickI had a very positive experience with the actual varicose vein treatment at VeinCentre. The medical staff were highly professional, and my legs look and feel much better. However, I am leaving a 3-star review due to a serious lack of upfront financial transparency regarding post-treatment care.VeinCentre heavily promotes that foam injection top-ups are "included" in the main treatment price. What they don't explicitly tell you upfront is that you are forced to pay a mandatory £250 gatekeeper fee for a follow-up scan just to find out if you even need them. A patient cannot safely access these "included" top-ups without this appointment, making the word "included" highly misleading.In my case, it feels like a total con. My follow-up appointment lasted less than 2 minutes. I didn't even need any extra injections—I am being billed £250 simply for someone to look at my legs for 120 seconds and tell me they look fine. To make matters worse, the front desk team let me walk completely out of the building without mentioning a balance, only to send an invoice later.It is incredibly ironic that the clinic was pushing me to leave a review while simultaneously blindsiding me with hidden bills. The clinical care is fantastic, but the administration side uses very sneaky, contradictory pricing logic. Be prepared for an extra £250 paywall at the end.
