I ordered some shoes. I received good communication from order acknowledgement to shipping updates. They arrived less than 2 weeks later, by FedEx, and were of great quality, beautifully made, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the picture. I was very satisfied and would feel confident ordering from them again.

The first bag that I purchased at a very fair price came quickly. It was packaged beautifully. The LV box and even the tissue paper were branded with Louis Vuitton. I was so impressed with the bag, I decided to purchase another. This time, I purchased a “Gucci”. I received this within 3 days. Unbelievable! Again, the quality was impeccable. Packed very well. I had purchased a “Louis”from a different supplier of like kind. In fact, I purchased the bag before I purchased from Vellrus. I am STILL waiting for that purchase. I keep asking them for updates and I have finally received some and have been told that I may receive the bag in about 4 days. I ordered the item on 6/26. Of course, that is the last time I will be ordering from them. Vellrus is so much more customer oriented. I’m very happy with them.

I worked with Emma and she applied no pressure just showed me the site! I ended up choosing a pair of sandals and a wallet! I had to leave and go on vacation and she kept me in the loop as to when my items would be delivered so I could have them picked up! Emma was so helpful🩷

Absolutely obsessed with my bag! The quality is incredible — the stitching, hardware, and overall craftsmanship look so luxurious and high-end. It arrived carefully packaged and exceeded my expectations in every way.
Emma made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and she made sure everything was handled perfectly.
