Dreadful poor quality garments awful customer service stalling tactics sent photo's to them twice would not give me full refund without me filling in a form and sending the purchase back to them in China! Beware! Obviously a scam! Do not buy from them

Awful quality and not at all as advertised. I’m experiencing the same issues as other people trying to get my money back and feel an idiot for falling for the marketing. Avoid!

I ordered shapewear and it arrived damaged. I sent back the items but the company has refused to refund me the postage even though the items were damaged. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund I have had to send countless emails. Service is terrible with staff replying but with the same information rather than sorting the issue out. They say easy returns on their website but this is not true. The items come from China and you have to return to China at your own cost. DO NOT ORDER!

AVOID! This is a China Drop Shipping Scam.
The website suggests they are a British Company (there’s a logo on one of the pages and the terms of sale reference England and Wales Law etc), but items are shipped from China.

They are very poor quality and not as advertised. There is no cross band all the way around to support sides and back and the fabric is awful.

When you request a return, they initially will ask for photos of the items. Then they send a form for you to print and sign and you are expected to send back to China at your own cost. At this point they also offer you a 20% refund to keep the items. They’re relying on you not wanting to go through the hassle of sending the items back to China.

Two ways to get around this; either just go straight to you bank for a chargeback and show some screenshots of the website and the products received.
Or, write back to them and say that under the English Law (which they say they are bound by) and Section 20(8) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer must bear any reasonable costs of returning goods that are not as described.
Give them a deadline to provide you with a pre-paid UK return label….I did this and received a refund notification; money is now back in my bank.

Best of avoiding in the first place though!

Cheap looking,no care labels no label inside to say they are venialli,arrived in two little plastic bags like you get from temu ,sent a email but no response from them what a scam.

Mis-selling..says from USA but is actually from CHINA and if nothing fits..it did not…you have to return to China..or get 20% off .

How did I fall for another Chinese scam
Sickening loss of money.

I too was fooled by the UK-based feel of the site with UK sizing guide and supposed UK magazine endorsements. Plus “quick shipping” promise. When I heard/received nothing and realised this was actually another Chinese scam, I wrote asking to immediately cancel my order and receive a refund, as per my statutory rights. Particularly as nothing had supposedly shipped. Every day I wrote to insist on cancelling, but each time they wrote back to refuse to cancel or refund, saying the order was already being processed. I feel completely had over and am normally so careful. Have no idea what will eventually turn up but, given the reviews, know it will be appalling quality.

And that’s before I’ve even tried to get a refund.

This underwear started to show up in ads on Facebook, Google and Instagram and I thought it looked pretty and a good idea for my tummy. Having been caught before with these bait & switch Chinese based manufacturers, I went out into the big internet incognito and found them. Decent web page, quoting big magazines. So I decided to order, I mean M&S stuff is £20+ a pair, how bad could they be? While I was waiting for them, I started to worry, the longer I waited the more I realised I had been caught again😡Turns out they are awful, truly awful. Thin backs, mesh and puckered edging, the criss cross panels are so weak I can’t see how they can offer any support at all. Ok the black ones were black but the nude was a yellow similar to cheap vanilla ice cream. Loose threads, very thin cotton almost muslin weave on the gusset and no care labels at all. I didn’t even bother trying a pair on. I emailed straight away as per the website but after reading the reviews that have suddenly appeared - not there 3 weeks ago as I did check - I am not hopeful of getting my money back.

Don’t touch this company, go to M&S!

Bad product have asked for how to return bad stitching product different from there advertisement back is completely different false magazine endorsements want answers and refund will take this further do not order from this company scam I would have put no stars

I ordered underwear in good faith as I was told a full refund would be given for any reason within 30 days if not happy with goods. When I tried to return and discovered the company is based in China and thus cost of postage was prohibitive, I was offered £5.99 instead of the £29.99 I paid! I would not recommend this company

Product does not do what it says it would do. Very low quality and when you want to return the item they want pictures of the garments, then send a form which you need to print off and put in the package and then at your own cost have to post back to China! When they’ve received it they will check the items and eventually give you a refund! Knowing most people probably can’t be bothered so they offer you a 20% discount to keep the items. I’ve had this once before with another company and can’t believe I fell for it again. Avoid!

Bought some shapeware from the company. Firstly, took forever to arrive - didn't realise that it ships from Wuhan, China! Secondly, they offer a '30 day satisfaction guarantee' and they say on their website 'Not happy? Return within 30 days and get your money back'. I have now twice requested to return the items, only for the reply to say 'we understand you want to exchange the products' and not respond to my question about the address I can mail the items back to. I have sent my request a third time but I am not holding my breath. It seems like a scam - save your money and don't order. The product is very low quality, there are loose threads, and the leg opening is extremely small. Most importantly, don't believe their warranty - you can't claim on it!

Garments took a while to arrive as they were shipped directly from China (I suspect this may be 'dropshipping') although tracking information and automated email updates were good. Fit was OK although waist not high enough and rolled down a little. The overall quality was OK but not great and the product did hold my tummy in as promised but it had the word 'Lucky' embroidered on the front which was not featured in the advertising images and seemed a little strange. Even at the discounted price that I paid I still feel that the items were overpriced. Don't think I would order from here again.
