I recently discovered VRG GRL and am loving every item I’d received from them. The quality feels great, much better than Zara and H&M but is not terribly expensive and shipping has been really fast to the states despite shipping from Australia. Will definitely continue shopping with VRG GRL in the future!

I love their designs but as soon as you wash their items they shrink considerably. I recently bought items for a holiday I wore them come home washed them then 7 weeks later took them on another holiday and none of them I could wear because I lost 3-5 inches off the length. This is a real down fall with their product.

Stylish, well-made and not too expensive. I loved everything in my first order and will definitely order from them again!

Trying to remember the last time a business actually answers its phone max. 3 rings, refunds when something does not fit, has a return process that does not require a medical degree and design clothes that are on trend, easy wear and make you feel good.

I can always rely on VRG GRL to bring the goods. Every single drop I find something I am obsessed with, if not many. The quality is amazing for the price point, fantastic loyalty program, speedy delivery and convenient returns process. VRG GRL #1 fan!

Great items, great quality, great alerts when things come back in stock! The only issue is figuring out sizing on items as I was an 8 in one thing and a 4 in another and it’s hard to do returns when there’s a charge (but I totally understand that) Overall based on quality and material alone I will continue ordering!

Lovely pieces, really nice shapes, super quick delivery and easy returns!
Sometimes the pieces are a little tall for the short girlies (I’m 5”4) but nothing a little altering from mum can’t fix :)

Extortionate Shipping Charges in the UK

I wanted to buy 6 things however, they were charging me £125 for shipping!! Ridiculous and a shame as I wanted to buy quite a few things.

It would have been easier had I been able to leave a review by signing into my account rather than clicking the link in my email but it was still fine.

I bought two dresses. Waited a lot for them to arrive. Once they did one run larger than expected, which can happen. The other has a missing button and was stained. I contacted the Customer Service, had a reply and was I get back to them I never heard from them again. Yesterday I wrote another email, nothing happened. Shipping was super expensive and the customer service is terrible. Now they ask for reviews, but to be honest did nothing for me or my shopping experience.

terrible company. They stole direct designs from South Asia and didn’t credit them. When they were called out on TikTok they deleted all of our comments and blocked us. The comment was asking them to credit the designers. Definitely would not recommend.

The customer service is super bad and slow when it comes to dealing with real issues. They sent me the wrong item, and it took 2 weeks and multiple emails to them to finally give me a return shipping label to send the item back after I opened a dispute file. Then the item was delivered almost 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't received my refund.

After this, I do not want to buy from them anymore. I used to like this brand a lot as the designs are amazing even though the quality is not that great and some of the dresses I ordered were sheer and the price is quite high for the item.

I’ve been so happy with my experiences and purchases from VRG GRL. The shipments have been quick to Canada, and my dresses are great quality, fit and design.

Order a few items including a dress. Completely shocked at the poor quality and the shortness of the dress. Didn’t even cover my bum! Returned everything and have been waiting over two weeks for my refund or any communication at all/ Starting to worry given it’s about $300 plus dollars.
