When they say they’ll get your money back it’s a lie I been waiting since April 25th for my refund and yet to have it when you try to call customer service no one picks up. When you do get ahold of anyone thru the chat they say there’s no record of you but I got a paper trail of records sHowing my records woth Veriheal

Layne was amazing. I never received a callback to setup my appointment. Layne got me taken care of, billed and done in 5 minutes. Super nice and helpful

Layne was quick to respond to any/all questions I had throughout my chat with them. Layne was able to help me coordinate through the veriheal website to ensure I had a full understanding of how to manage my profile as well.

This is the second time I’ve filed for this medical card through veriheal and after they get your money you can’t even get anyone on the phone, My information was submitted on April 3rd and I still haven’t received anything, I don’t understand if you guys are that backed up why do you keep excepting applications?? lying to people basically false hope false advertising etc…. First it was about my photo not being correct !! Then I was told by your staff you guys aren’t even using photos on the ID !!?so I know that’s Baloney, I’ve submitted over 10 pictures 5 different applications and i hate no way of knowing if there correct due to not being able to communicate with anyone before I paid I was on the phone with 3 different people it really feels like a scam , I tried to just give up and get my money back still nothing!!! Sitting on hold for over 45 min to get a voice mail like come on!!!! Worst experience ever!!!

I called Veriheal and their customer service team blatantly says that they do telehealth in FL which is not allowed. In fact, they allow any person (first timers) to book on their website for a telehealth appointment even though they know that this is not allowed. We have reported their doctor to the medical board. As you can see, they take no responsibility for the doctor and say "we are not a medical clinic" instead of making sure their doctors do not get into trouble. Horrible company. Greed driven and unethical.

Also, check out their refund policy. On their website, they say "talk to a doctor or get your money back" but their refund policy does not say that. They basically are saying one thing and doing another based on this. They refuse to give me my money back and also refuse to let me talk to a doctor. This seems like deceptive advertising.

Veriheal is very helpful! Jong informed me on how to go about renewing my mmj card! Their process to obtain and renew is very quick and thorough! High recommend!

My step father has stage 4 lung cancer.
We wanted to try anything to help his pain and appetite.
The first doctor Veriheal gave us an appointment with was awful. She was 48 minutes late to the virtual appointment that we sat and waited for, and then finally called us 48 minutes later (which we weren't expecting as the agent told us when making the appointment that the doctor would not call the home phone but use the link to the virtual appointment. So we were not expecting a call on our home phone and didn't know it was the doctor) and her phone was cutting in and out so we could hardly hear her. When my mother asked who was calling, and couldn't hear, she asked again.
Then gave me the phone. I asked who was calling and the doctor, Doctor Belle, screamed in my ear, screaming"IVE SAID THIS 3 TIMES!!!! ITS DOCTOR BELLE!!!!"
I apologized and said her phone was cutting in and out and gave the phone to my step dad. He said hello and she said something he couldn't hear as she cut out and he said "I'm sorry, what did you say?" And she hung up on him.
I was furious. My step father was already nervous but that made it so much worse.
I called Veriheal to ask for a refund and they gave me a new appointment with a new doctor.
She was lovely and kind and was on time for our appointment.
He was approved right away.
When we got our mmcc number I was confused on the temporary license and where to find that to print. The agent, Warren was so kind and so helpful.
He answered my questions right away and was extremely patient.
Such a great person!

This was my first renewal and Jong made it so easy! He was able to take my information, schedule my appointment, and take my payment ALL through chat! It was a breeze to schedule my renewal!

The support agent John was very helpful with assisting in rescheduling my appointment when we ran into some conflicts with the first time. This appointment was for my renewal, I came back as they were fabulous with my intial approval.
