Easy peasy. Everything is done online. I think it could be less expensive, but I think it is worth the $$ considering how much $$ you save at dispensaries having the medical card.

Makes it easy to get an appointment. Doctor was very nice. I logged a little after my appointment because I got confused but the doctor still answered and had my information in front of him. Approved

What a relief!
I've been putting off getting my card because I thought it would be a huge hassle, and I didn't know how things worked. Once I was approved and registered with the state, I still didn't really know what I was doing, so when I reached out through chat, Jane was there to help me. She answered all my questions, no matter how dumb they felt. This process has been so much better than I expected. I'll be recommending to everyone I know who can be helped by this.

Applying for my card was easier than expected. It also came be for I expected. I thought maybe 2-3 weeks. But it actually came within the week of approval. I encourage anyone who to get one.

Very nice, didn't know what they were doing
Very nice, didn't know what they were doing. Gave the wrong discount, gave the wrong appointment availability, and couldn't run my card. They had someone call me who gave me the correct discount, rescheduled my appointment to the hours you are available, and successfully ran my card. Thank goodness for phone support :)
