Professional and helpful
Appointment making for test drive was easy. We received a video of the vehicle in advance which was appreciated as we were travelling a distance to see the car. Tyler Stanton was very professional and helpful throughout the process.

Fiesta ST Purchase
Picked up my new Fiesta ST from the team at Vertu Gloucester today. Well looked after throughout the purchase and overall received a very pleasant experience. Car was handed over with full tank of fuel and taxed for the year, which was a nice surprise. Thanks.

…changing to full electric
Great assistance when buying this Renault 5 electric car . Despite us being in our mid 70s changing to full electric was made easy by the helpful staff at this dealer ,particularly Christopher Harrison .
This car is really fun to drive and gave us just what we had been looking for.

Chris was the salesman l dealt with in…
Chris was the salesman l dealt with in the Gloucester branch who was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel pressured at all in buying a new car. He explained everything perfectly and was friendly and approachable.
The manager there Mo was very friendly and made sure there was plenty of coffee. He too was very approachable. I would recommend 100%. Thankyou for making this experience a good one

Show room staff were exceptionally pleasant, no pressure to purchase but were in attendance to impart information about the product.
The whole process of purchasing was relaxed with staff very helpful with navigating and explaining the documentation required and demonstrating the vehicle.

Renualt Vertu Review the moment we walked into the…
From the moment we walked into the showroom at Renault Vertu Gloucester, we were given such amazing help, especially from Connor who sold us our incredible Symbioz hybrid. He was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We looked at a number of cars and he patiently guided and advised in choosing the right one for us. The hot chocolate was great too!

Great customer service
Great customer service, prompt and quick replies to emails, excellent explanation for any questions we had! Our sales person was off on annual leave midway but they made the transition so beautiful! Didn't feel anything different

Went into the ford garage in Gloucester…
Went into the ford garage in Gloucester to test drive a Puma or Kuga after sitting in a puma I thought a bit small so test drove a Kuga with Adam who made me feel very calm and confident as I don't know the road very well that side of Glos he then researched for me a Kuga about a year one and got it delivered from Cheltenham but a bit slow bringing it to Glos.
