Dissapointed
My first time using this company, very quick delivery,well packaged and informed, but the actual items I purchased were not as stated in the description. I ordered 2 B4love oils, the description stated pleasant scent. They smell of nothing,no scents . The oil separated (water ran off my arm,whilst oil stayed in place?) The oil is nice on the skin but very dissapointed there is no scent . I also ordered some la le cream deodorant, it states its a cream, it is not a cream. It's solid and I cannot get it out the glass jar unless I use a spoon to dig into it. Messy, so 2 stars from me I'm afraid. I don't normally moan, but so dissapointed and I'm not on a particularly good income, so this was a loss for me . Sorry, I won't be using you again

We're truly sorry to hear that the products you purchased did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of a pleasant fragrance, but would like to clarify that one of B4love's oils is intentionally formulated without added fragrances, as mentioned in the product description. As it is intended for very sensitive skin that cannot tolerate fragrance ingredients. The second one does have a fragrance, but in the reviews, it is very delicate. However, please remember that individual perceptions of scent can vary.
Regarding the separation issue with the oil and the difficulty in using the La Le Cream deodorant - temperature conditions, especially in colder weather, can impact the consistency of natural products. We recommend allowing the oils and deodorant to reach room temperature. And please give the oils a good shake before use. This may help in achieving the desired results.

My delivery is always delay
My delivery is always delay. No information, no email that products was send. I order with 1-2 days delivery and it is already 5 days and nothing.
Update: kindly thank you for email meback about my order. Break information wasn't clearly put on website for me. All sorted and will be waiting for my delivery email and my parcel.
