I spoke with Jason Wong during an annual review of my policy and he was able to get me a best policy that will fit all I wanted. He also took time to make me understand everything about my policy just the way I wanted.

I am incredibly satisfied with the service I received. Jason helped me with both my life and health insurance, explaining everything clearly from start to finish. He managed to find me a much better deal that fits perfectly within my monthly budget. Highly recommended!

Its a long phone call getting all the data needed but having friendly staff who understand your time is precious greatly helps with this experience. Jason Wong was great and really helped the process move along smoothly, calling me at convenient times.

I had a call with Laura Niles who helped me sort out appropriate life cover to protect my children if anything happens to me. She talked me through all the options and helped find the best one for my needs.

Today I spoke with a lovely lady named Laura Niles. She help me get my life insurance all sorted and back in order. She was very professional and made it very straight forward and stress free for me. Ive been left to feel very confident in my decisions that I have made, that she has helped guide me through.

Very helpful and thorough. I’m not very clued up on all these things but any questions I had Kelly answered them and made sure I understood, and understood the difference between what I may have had before and what I will be getting now etc. which for me was a plus! Good service and prompt, will recommend Kelly and the team to anyone that is looking for a a change or new applications.

Firstly I spoke to Helen who was really bubbly and helpful. I was then put through to Laura who went through my policy options and helped me find the one that was right for me. She was really friendly and helpful, explained every clearly and didn't push products on me that were outside my budget and stated requirements. Would highly recommend.
