I received a call from Kelly and as usual wasn't very eager to checky insurance but something was different. Kelly wasn't pushy just professional and polite. So I went through with her and she actually saved me money and got the cover I wanted!

Had a lovely conversation today with a lady called Laura Niles who helped to change my life insurance to a lot better suited to my situation. She was really helpful, very friendly and just all round amazing customer service skills.

I was looking for insurance that would cover me after a recent cancer diagnosis and was put in touch with Helan Brierley. Not only did she find me exactly what I was looking for, she was extremely knowledgeable about the product offered and was really polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Oliver is amazing. He is a people's person and you can tell he enjoys his job. When it comes to Wills and life insurance, I get uncomfortable. I don't like to think into the future. However, Oliver put me at ease, made me feel comfortable, and actually had me laughing.

I spoke to an Agent called Laura who was extremely helpful and patient with me whilst I gathered information. Laura took the time to explain everything in great detail and was a very pleasant person to speak to and couldn't do enough for me. She found me a much better cover than I previously had which also now includes my baby and covers both me and my husband for longer. Very happy with the service Laura provided.
