Theses bath mats are like stepping on a cloud after a shower plus they dry really fast

Item delivered in perfect condition. If you care about packaging then you'll be disappointed but it's what you use and whether it's in one piece that counts I guess.

This unfortunately took a while to deliver but like many of the reviews here, some transparency on where it is coming from would be nice. I was under the impression it was from the Netherlands, not China?

Dropshipper. Koop hier niet! Er staat dat ze met PostNL versturen, maar ze werken met DHL en de producten komen vanuit het verre buitenland. Ook de productomschrijving klopt niet. Het is troep!

One of the few companies doing such large mats. Seems to grip shower tray very well. Bit of a long delivery time but it was free!

Ik zeg: koop hier niet. Hele slechte kwaliteit "luxe hangers" gekregen waar ik heel veel geld voor heb betaald. Zijn nog geen 5 euro ipv 75 euro waard. Ik mag ze op eigen kosten naar China terugsturen! Dus gewoon goedkope chinese troep.

Lovely table runner - perfect for your dining room table

I tried to cancel my order within an hour or so of payment because I changed my mind. This seller refused to cancel the order and refund my money, saying I could simply return the item once it was received. Immediately upon receiving it, I advised again I wanted to return it, and they said I needed to ship it to CHINA (from Australia) at my own expense. Even though I tried to stop them shipping it to me in the first place. Scam.

Beautiful design and quality

Don't buy from this business. Very cheap quality, not matching the price you pay, and photos on their website are looking good, but not matching real item/s.
They advertise 30 days hassle-free returns but try everything to avoid it. Returns are to be paid by customer and send to China, although company is registered in Netherlands. The shipping cost outweighs the refund for 4 items it was AUD133 for 2.4kgs. Needless to say we are stuck with this cheap items now.

We were delighted to receive our ZenFlow rotating sand decoration. It is exactly the right colour and size for the space we envisioned. We can lie in bed and watch it as part of our night time experience. Our only issue has been the length of time it took to arrive with long gaps of no new information

Genuine updates about delivery. Goods were the excellent quality expected.I felt I could shop safely with this on-line retailer again.
