Damaged products and poor customer service

Do not trust them with quality of product. I have lost around 8k and they have delivered damaged item. The customer service is so bad that there is no contact number. They will connect on whatsapp and then ask you to share same info on email and each response takes a turn around time of 5-6 days. Do not fall prey to the fancy website and instagram Page. Avoid at all cost.

⭐ 1-Star Review: SCAM ALERT! Wrong Product, Zero Customer Service – Avoid Vibecrafts!
Order Details:

Product Ordered: Premium Wooden Brown Bathroom Cabinet with Mirror & 9 Shelves (Order ID: ODVC242145587, ₹6,767).

Received: A cheap garbage can (see attached photos).

My Nightmare Experience:
1️⃣ Fraudulent Delivery: Vibecrafts sent a completely wrong product (garbage bin instead of a premium cabinet).
2️⃣ Zero Accountability: They ignore calls, emails, and refund requests—no response for weeks!
3️⃣ Cheating Customers: False product description, no remorse, and no resolution.

Proof Attached: Invoice, wrong product photos, and email screenshots (no reply).

DO NOT BUY FROM VIBECRAFTS!

They scam customers by delivering wrong items.

No customer support—just take money and disappear.

Wasted my time & money—now fighting for a refund via consumer court.

I have been cheated by this company

I have been cheated by this company. I recently repeated an order for a set of Square Tethered Metallic Table Set of 2, which I had bought earlier also. The first time around, they sent fully fabricated tables which were heavy, along with the marble table tops. This time, they have sent light weight flimsy pieces which have to be assembled and this information was not disclosed to me when I ordered. I was very clear when I ordered that I need the exact same product i had received earlier and their representative in the mumbai office Mr.Siddhant confirmed the same. The product this time is sub standard with scratches, uneven spray painting, terrible uneven finish. I had also requested for the tape to fasten the marble as its very heavy and can slip if not fastened. They had promised me the suction and double sided tape but havent sent either of them. Mr.Siddhant kept chasing me to place the order and now he doesnt even have the courtsey to reply to my messages. I have mailed to vibecraft support but they are not responding despite several reminders. I guess thats how they do business. Post beautiful pictures and send below average quality products. Please do not buy anything from this company as they will cheat you

Refund policy complain

Pls do not purchase any item from this site, I complain within 12 hours to return and aks to refund my amount. But thet still not follow their policy after 15 days. I daily follow up, but not get solution.

I have purchased a painting

I have purchased a painting. The frame is absolute rubbish and the color are faded. When I asked them to replace it with the correct colors that was shown on the painting. They are not replying anywhere.

We ordered a floating wall frame

We ordered a floating wall frame, the upper wooden panel was delivered in a cracked condition. We immediately got in touch with their customer support on whatsapp. They advised us to email them which we again promptly did with clear pictures. It has been over 13 days and we keep receiving pre-written emails which finally says they don't accept returns while their policy clearly states that they have a 7 day return policy for damaged goods.

Zero customer support and a very frustrating experience with no resolution in sight.

The quality of their product per se was good and I guess the product was damaged during shipping because of poor packaging by Vibecrafts, however, their complete lack of customer support and blatant disregard of their own policy was very disappointing. Will definitely not be buying from them again and will recommend anyone reading this to refrain from buying anything from Vibecrafts.

Vibecrafts sells cheap substandard products

Vibecrafts sells cheap substandard products. We purchased following product online -
Marble Top, 2 Tier, Round Metal Copper Round Coffee Table.
It has following issues -
1.Top round marble chipped – A section approximately half an inch by a quarter inch is chipped.
2.Dark patches on marble surfaces – Both round marble pieces have several dark patches. We had specifically requested pure white marble in our earlier communication.
3.Surface finish chipped – The paint or surface coating appears to be chipped at multiple locations.
4.Bent metal strip – One of the metal strips welded to a leg is bent. It is surprising this went unnoticed during packaging, especially along with the chipped marble.
5. Copper finish concern - Although the product is described as copper, it does not appear genuine. The finish seems to be a painted layer that has developed scratch marks, possibly due to wrapping before it had dried completely.
Given these defects, we are left with the impression that a defective or rejected piece was delivered to us, which is extremely disappointing and unfair.
We wrote on their support email ID and also sent reminder but no one has replied to the email. There has been no response to our calls despite multiple attempts.

If you want to test, just add item in your cart and wait for a call, they will give discount option.

They are a big fraud

They are a big fraud , i haven't even ordered the item, but i have added it in cart. They confirmed the order on their self and sent me the product. I have accepted after they made many calls to accept and pay.

The one that i have in my cart and the one that is there on the package matched and painting is totally different.
I have followed up with them many times and i have started putting about this in insta in 3 of their accounts. vibecrafts, vibecrafts exclusive and vibecrafts india and they blocked me by removing the comments.
I am writing to consumer court now. I will definitely not leave them. i suggest every one who comes here should raise a grievance in consumer portal.

I ordered a side table made of metal and marble, which came with a broken marble. Video of opening the pack and pictures were sent to concerned team in vibecraft. For last one month only assurances of best service. Nothing on the ground is done to correct the mistake they made.

FRAUDS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Do NOT order anything from this fraud company. They sent me a damaged piece of artwork in October and claimed they would reverse pick it up and multiple times have cancelled the pickup for bogus reasons. They won’t give me a new non-defective piece, won’t pick up the product or give me a refund. FRAUDS.

Worst experience I have ever had

Worst customer service, i have purchased an item paying 25,000 received damaged item. When requested for replacement they are not responding it's almost more than 4 months now. Big cheater don't buy products from them worst customer services. Zero rating also they don't deserve.

No return for wrong item received

I received wrong item. For two weeks I am getting the same automatic answers on both - WhatsApp and mail. They just keep asking to send more pictures. No exchange, no refund. No phone number to talk to the manager.
Actually quality of the product I received is also pathetic. I have pictures on canvas from lifencolor - there the resolution is very high. Here - like they took pictures from Google search. So I 100% recommend you to check other stores.

Frauds, Chester. Don't buy anything from this website. Defective product supplied and pathetic customer support. No one to contact. I am following up over mail since last 1 month and same stereotype answer is being given. Now refusing to return.
