Nothing to complain about the wall shelf product. Not only sturdy but strong. Five star. Planing to buy more wall shelf for my books from vibecrafts.Also Surprisingly light weight & very easy to move after assembly.

I have ordered a painting for approx 8500 a week ago and the Delhivery site shows that the order has not been picked up. I don’t know whom to contact and I feel so cheated. Can anyone help to get a contact information or a way to get a refund?

Super Bad Frames! I bought the metal frame painting after searching a lot on web. But to my disappointment the frame quality and the Painting is not up to mark. The video that is shown is improved digitally and you don’t get what is actually shown in video. The quality is very poor.

I have order 4 painting and they deliver the same week but the quality and size of the products are very bad.
I have requested for returns but they have very bad returns policy
since than I am struggling to return the item but no response.
Quality of the product is also poor.
Waste of money and not a genuine site to purchase...

Purchased a painting for 5k. Quality is not good and I am struggling to return the product now since 2 months. They keep saying courier issues.

I have order painting in July and they deliver the same on 13th July 24 since than I am struggling to return the item but no response.

I have order 4 quotes from vibecraft which cost aroung 1700 rs but the same on meesho 200 rs. And the quality i receive is also poor hardly it cost 300 rs and when i tried to return it always it says that unable to deliver the product, Its a totally worthless site please dont waste money and crosscheck it

Delivered one painting not as same mentioned, now for returning that taking ages also with unrealistic policy that it should be in good condition, 20% will be deducted for shipping and if they do not find as same they will not refund.
I myself saying product not delivered as mentioned over website then whose fault, why customer would pay for everything. Any suggestion how to deal, they are torturing us. It is hard earned money, could not check the review early that was the mistake, I did. It worst in this digital world.

Several concerns regarding the product and its quality. The product contains low-quality light and edges that are cracked or damaged. It's frustrating to notice that after ordering the product, the company isn't responding to emails or WhatsApp messages. Very upset with Vibecrafts product and the service they provide to their customers.

Order ODVC242125622 , The product got delivered on 14th August, we found the product is damage on same time we have mail them with the details. and on whatsapp, today is 16th still there is no respond from them, surprise there is no direct contact no or toll free no where we can call and talk to them. such a worst company.

They sent damaged painting. I kept on writing mails and sending emails for pickup but no response. No return/ refund or replacement. Best to avoid such fraud websites.

We have placed order from your site, the payment is done using UPI scanner. Money got deducted and paid to Wishbag Online Private Limited but the order ID not recieved in the website.

No one responding on email and no one responding on WhatsApp. In Instagram they are hiding the negative comments.

Request everyone to BE AWARE AND SPREAD AWARENESS, for this WEBSITE, ELSE THESE PEOPLE KEEP ON DOING THE FRAUD.

Very bad service, after sell service specifically, they won’t pick up the product if you don’t like the product. They say no pickup partner available(where as they delivered the same product at that location, lol)

Refund process also very bad, the just copy and paste the same mail without giving any transaction details. Disgusting.

The service is pathetic.....not at all recommended....they play on mails which they respond when they feel....no service after product is delivered....in case of replacement

Disappointed and frustrated, I never thought I'd resort to writing a review. Weeks after ordering a portrait painting from VibeCraft, it arrived with a broken frame.
I immediately emailed them with photos, but two months later, there's still no resolution. Now I'm worried I've been scammed.

Very bad service. They have sent a defective products it’s been four weeks of constant chase and they have not picked up the product as yet. I am very hesitant as I feel I may not even get the refund. It’s a very bad company. Suggest to never put your hard earned money with them ever

I had ordered a painting and and LED light from Vibecrsft . Initial order showed me both the items in the order. However when I opened the order again I could just see only one item in the list and did not see the LED light. My money is deducted for both the items. I m desperately trying to reach out to the Whataaup number given by them 8178606021. Also wrote to their email

support at the rate vibecrafts.com . However no one picked up . Neither got any response from the numbers ..

I m just hoping that I get my painting properly in one piece 😌. Really scaptical after reading these reviews now..
It's is a fraud company n people should be careful
