Quality product for a great price. I got exactly what I expected and when there was an issue with the order I cannot fault how helpful the staff were - that's the sign of a good business: how you deal with exceptions. That's how they earned the 5 stars.

Nice experience all round. Very good communication including fixing a stock out situation and checking with me before replacing with better product at no extra charge, then arrived 24 hours later thanks lads!!

Always very happy. Have bought many phones. Services is great. Unfortunately cover for phone not right so wife disappointed as she has to remove it each time to use bottom button. Not ideal. Maybe you can do something to solve this please.

The battery of the 12ProMax that I bought, the phone detected a new battery is installed and prompts to restart the phone but this encountered an error. And that red exclamation flag is always on because of it and it is annoying to see. I hope before they will release for sale those kind of errors are rectified

I promise this is not a complaining customer where it’s the customers fault. I went into the shop in January and asked about which quality to get and was told they’re basically the same, excellent and very good, which was good to hear at the time. A few months pass and I eventually get the iPhone 13 very good quality, the delivery was great and quick. But upon opening the new refurbed phone of very good quality, it was not very good. Chunks taken out of the edges of the phone, white marks all over the sides. So I contact the support email which takes 2 days to reply which basically to summarise it says it is what it is, if you want excellent you should’ve ordered it. Very disappointed with the service I’d say they didn’t have anymore very good qualities so they chucked in a good quality into the box as the quality ratings are very subjective. Ended up keeping the phone as not worth the hassle it’s worth. Only reason it’s not 1 star is because I’ve gotten good phones from them and so have other friends, we all examined the phone and agreed it’s not like the ones they usually do. Safe to say they’ve probably lost a loyal customer here, and I won’t be raving about them to others.

Ordered to phone came promptly and was Nicely packaged, I bought it for my daughter and she loves it , I have bought other phones from the viper store and would have no issue recommending them to anyone

My granddaughter saved and bought a phone from viber 150 euro a iPhone 7 got a phone call in work from cian sorry the phone didn't come in but no extra charge we will give your granddaughter a iPhone 8 I told her she was over the moon iPhone 8 came didn't work we tryed to restore it no joy email cian no problem return label was sent he said would you like the same phone back or a different one my granddaughter said different one but the same colour phone came back rose gold as she wanted. it didn't work glue was seeping from the side of the phone I sent emails apon emails cian emailed me back Friday I sent numerous emails the same day no reply Saturday night about 10pm he emailed me saying sorry he was out of the office for days I said you emailed me yesterday? He said first thing Monday he would sort it personally himself. Monday Amy sent me a return label never heard from him phone went back no email at all from anyone klarna whom I paused the payments on said refund sent as I told them 150 is nothing to them but to child who saved for it I bought off these before even my daughters phone at Christmas but never again so unprofessional sending a email on a Saturday night to a customer and never hearing from him again

Ordering is very simple and delivery was literally the next morning. I'm very happy with my purchase, staff are very helpful and informative whenever I have used their service. This is my family's go to for refurb items, we have never had a problem with any purchase from viberstore.

Ordered phone Wed night, had it Friday morning. Phone in perfect condition.

I ordered an iPhone on a Monday around 1PM. It had arrived and all before 1PM the next day. The quality was very good and the phone looked perfect. No issues. The setup was quick and helped by the phone arriving with charge.
Would recommend as an option to support an Irish company while receiving a great product.
