Very good at keeping you updated regarding appointment made with txt messages and emails plus a call to check you were in. Unfortunately the guy who came to make the EPC Report was extremely rude.

Very professional, explained everything in detail, very interesting and kept me up to date with time slot, very useful.
The assessor was excellent, the only downside was the length of the appointment window, 1 until 5.30pm.

i am a property landlord with 30 properties and wanted to upgrade my EPC'S on the portfolio to a "C" or above .
I dealt with MANI from vibrant and he really has been 100% , he has advised on how i can get each property to a "C" with manor adjustments if possible and the properties which we could not get to the required level has supplied qoutes for solar panels ,cavity wall , where required at cost effective prices which i plan to proceed with .
It generally has been stress free dealing with Mani and i could not recommend him more strongly to any landlord wishing to do the same .

EPC was available to view online and had been updated on the government website the day after inspection.

The person who came over to complete the EPC was not welcoming, very blunt and not happy. I tried to make conversation with him and have a little laugh and so did my dad and he just was very blunt and did not make conversation back. Not very welcoming. Made things very awkward.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Vibrant Energy Matters. After receiving an EPC for my 2014-built apartment that was a complete outlier (rated D while 39/40 units in the building are B or C), I provided exhaustive technical evidence to correct "assumed" software defaults.
Vibrant’s own Quality Assurance Lead admitted in writing that my billing method and hot water system "needed to be amended" and even requested an update to a "Good" rating after verifying my Heat Interface Unit (HIU) and metered billing .
Despite this internal admission, the assessor ignored their own QA's instructions and issued a second certificate that remains factually incorrect. The company has refused a full refund for this demonstrably negligent service, offering a derisory £13 instead.
I have now escalated this matter to Elmhurst Energy for a professional audit and the Property Ombudsman for a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding "reasonable care and skill."
Avoid this company if you require an accurate assessment of a modern, high-specification property. They prefer generic software defaults over documented evidence.
I have notified the firm that I am prepared to withdraw my regulatory complaints only upon receipt of a full refund for this failed service
EDIT 25/03/2026:
"Thank you for the reply, Andrea. However, I have already been in extensive contact with your Customer Service and Quality Assurance teams. On March 20th, your QA Lead, Charlotte Buckler, admitted in writing that the EPC data was incorrect and stated it 'needs to be amended.'
Despite this internal admission, the revised certificate issued on March 23rd ignored these corrections. As your team has already failed to rectify the documented errors and has refused a full refund for this faulty service, I have now formally escalated this matter to the Property Ombudsman and Elmhurst Energy for a full Protocol Audit. I am happy to resolve this review once the admitted errors are fully corrected or a full refund is issued.
